Scam worse than playing any machines inside that takes your money does nothing but takes your money. It’s all rigged. They will stop you from winning. They control the game to make sure that you don’t win is impossible to win and I think that they need to have them shut completely down. I have got so many screen recordings of how they cheat. It’s unreal. They need to be shut completely down. They need to be made to give people back their money.

I won and they took my money and said it was a glitch. Straight lied all the way and refused to pay me.

I enjoy playing River sweet I win and I lose it's just a matter of when you decide to get out of course you're not going to win a million dollars. But I am having an issue right now I put in $100 and it has not allowed me to scratch off the $100 ticket and I put in a 60 and it has not allowed me to scratch off my ticket and I put in over 30 and it has not allowed me to scratch off that ticket either. All I ask is someone look on there and see where I paid and let me scratch my damn tickets that's all I'm asking for man I'm not asking for a refund just fix your s***. Keep in mind this kiosk has been down for 2 years and I did have to make a couple phone calls to get money put actually on to my phone but the scratch offs
should have been resolved at the same time

I have been very patient with this game for a long time and I find since the new owners own this game that they don't let anybody win a lot of money they turn it way low and when you win your money back that you put on it they automatically take it away from you I have been playing this game with them for a long time and when I first started playing I was winning I'd lose sometimes but I would win also but now the game is horrible it lets you get your money back and then it takes it from you and if you win anything it just takes all your money from you if you don't cash out I've been very patient with these guys they don't seem to care about their players seems like all they care about is making money and not caring about their players I've done everything I can not to put this review on but I'm fed up these games just think they can keep taking and taking and taking from us and they don't care about the reviews that we give but trust me everybody I talk to I will tell them how bad this company is and nobody will buy from them anymore they don't do anything to accommodate their clients and there's an island game that you can play for additional that you don't have to add anything to it it's whatever you pay for but the problem is is that you get the island and you start on the island and they automatically let people start attacking you before you even have a chance to start building it and it makes you get like so astronomical with your how high the score has to be in order for you to even build one property it's sad and it's pathetic and I'm tired of it I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with these guys and all they see is a number they don't see the person or what the person has been through I highly suggest don't use this company anymore if you are cuz they just take your money and take and take and take and take!

Odds are always stacked against you... But I think they should be more transparent about what they are because what they actually are is a lottery pool... I can prove this to anyone they need to see it but, with that being said, someone will win. The only thing that truly is random though is how much it is.. but like most games and people gambling addictions just don't know when to stop. River sweeps is a scam I have spent all kinds of money playing there casino games and the very first time I win I couldn't get them to pay me when I contacted them the next day my winnings had totally disappeared they tried to blame it on the fact Its because there is two phones using the app well both phones belong to me and no one but me has the code or uses my phones they have scammed me I suggest anyone thinking of playing this app not to they are crooks

Riversweep is the biggest scam ever.
They put the kiosk in stores that's convenient for a walking distance but guess what your bound to lose everything in your pocket. They letting new beginning players win all the money. How is that I referred someone to play they end up winning hundreds and while I can't even get the 50 or 100 dollars I put in back every spin is dead spin. Bonus are crappy nothing I'm done with river you will not be getting any more money from me

RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF! It use to be legite some years ago & there very fair! The bonus were very good high amounts & it would pay back enough to allow you to play for awhile. Terrible customer service! Sometimes they won't even respond to your email! The platform and games keep changing and there is always something changing with coin village, cash drops etc. Next, I contacted this company again because I did not receive my referral amount of $20. They mention you get $20 and the person referred gets $5. The new person got their money. I did not because what they don't tell you is that the person referred has 7 days to complete a mission of 100%. What? The person did not understand the games nor had anymore money to put on. I contacted support via email and I had to send screenshots of what I stated in plain English the first time. The agent refused to add my bonus. I responded twice and they never replied back. The games are a hit or miss. Some days it played. Other days it did not. The cash back wheel is ridiculous. It's usually always 5%. They don't care about their customers. They will lose me. I think this is the same for Riversweeps 777. Will check and delete if not. Thunder is another one of their systems.

I need help getting ahold of someone at River sweeps they took off 160 and never cashed me out and while I was waiting on that I've lapsed again and I'm still sitting with 180 on my account and can't pull that out it's been five days at this point it's a scam I've played for years and have never had this problem who do I talk to it go to I can't find a number to call or anything

The only reason I gave it a one star cause that was the only way to write this review. I haven't played in awhile because it's gotten so bad that it's gotten impossible to win anything not like the past were you use to just like in a casino you had the same odds. I won $600 on Rushing Riversweeps 24/7. I asked to cash out my winnings which would be $200 limit every 24 hours. When they redeemed my $200 yesterday, they took all of the $600 off of my acct. and only sent me the $200. I asked about my $400 balance and was told that $200 is all I get. So basically they give u just $200 and they keep the rest for themselves. This is blantant fraud and they need to be stopped. I will contact all agencies available to me to stop them from robbing people online. Facebook needs to block and ban them for doing this also. But trust me I will not stop until they are completely out of business. If there are others out there please let me know and join the cause to shut these fraudulant foreigners down.
