Be aware
Be aware, my honeymoon war ruined in this hotel, because they can’t control the Russian guest that they have. And there are 80% of all guest. Newer ever again would I visit this place. My husband was hit in the face by some waisted Russian and no one called a police, we had to go to the hospital alone. I would not recommend this place, it’s just too dangerous for anyone, who like us, just wants to have a peaceful vacation.
Russians attack people
Russians attack people, steal and molest underage children. Hotel management, why are you supporting this?

Stayed at the Rixos bab Al bahr in Ras…
Stayed at the Rixos bab Al bahr in Ras Al khaimah Dubai and it was amazing! Food was the best we’ve ever seen in a buffet, even beating all the hotels we’ve stayed at in the Caribbean! In fact, we preferred the food in buffet to the Al a carte restaurants. I am gluten free and had my own personal head chef walk around with me to show me what I could eat and not. And the choice was above and beyond i imagined! Thank you sherif! Lovely man! ☺️ We were also looked after by Mohammed, Aymen, Depak, Fahad and others who
Treated us like royalty! And they loved our grandchildren! Always there with a “high 5” every day!! The coffee bar was wonderful with the best cappacinos which I enjoyed first thing in the morning! Lovely staff here too!
Reviews that complain that the hotel looks tired are not to be taken seriously! It is in the style of Art Deco so was stylish in my opinion! Hope to go back and see the staff again!

Lovely Break
Lovely hotel in Belek- one of the best hotels I have stayed in could not recommend this place enough,
Excellent hotel resort in Sharm El Sheikh, I think it is the best in the place
We spent some fantastic vacations at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh in December 2021. Great impressive complex, extremely attentive, friendly staff, fantastic cuisine with excellent food - both main restaurant and in the specialty restaurants.
Remarkable the spa area.
Entertainment program professional, though heavily geared to Russian guests.
We were so taken that we booked another trip to Rixos Sharm El Sheikh during our stay.
An absolute recommendation.
Egypt-experienced, it was for me the most pleasant stay in this country so far.
I stayed at Rixos Sharm a few weeks…
I stayed at Rixos Sharm a few weeks ago. Generally- not too great. Maybe I just was not used to the general service level in Egypt. Most staff are untrained and/or rude. The location is OK. Would not recommend.
Stayed at The Rixo Al Bhar 11th Nov…
Stayed at The Rixo Al Bhar 11th Nov for 2 weeks it seemed at first glance a really good hotel the brochure sold it too us & we checked the reviews yes food was good a little mundane & if you went late for your evening meal trying to find some if the dishes hot was very difficult
Anyway most of the staff are a credit so good & they work so bloody hard long hours & most do it with a smile
I had 2 massages OHMYGOD FABULOUS worth the money she did my back & all my aches & pains felt great afterwards.
Here’s the down side of this hotel the rooms are so very VERY TIRED our room was poky the wardrobe was that small I couldn’t empty the suitcase & worst still had to leave it on the floor not even a suitcase bench to put it on
The dressing table leg was broke
The shower was leaking which I didn’t realise the floor soaked & I slipped in this tiny en-suite
Worst still no balcony only a Juliette balcony which you have to pay for we thought we were getting a little bit of luxury in a hotel in Dubai
We certainly wasn’t
Hotel is definitely more for families it says there are adult area they are but a tiny tiny fraction is for adults. BRILLIANT for Families cannot fault them for that but not a couples hotel & certainly not a room to have without a balcony
Would I go again to this hotel No mainly because it’s not a place for
adults only far too many screaming kids
Rooms are poor & dated the cost of our stay I expected a bit more luxury especially in the rooms
Almost perfect !
We recently stayed at the 5 Star Rixos hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. We booked a ten day stay for my husband’s 65th birthday.
We arrived at 0200 and booked into our room. We didn’t have the best start as I’d specifically requested a quiet premium room but found ourselves in a room which looked a bit tired and was situated as close to the kids pool as was possible. However, we asked to be moved following morning and were really pleased with the way the hotel dealt with our request. Our new room was fabulous and the stress levels plummeted. Our only general disappointment was the advertised ‘minibar in room’ was only stocked with a couple of packets of cheap childrens snacks and a couple of mixer size soft drinks ( also water ). We’d anticipated a beer or G&T on the balcony but it’s not what these minibars are stocked with.
The hotel and staff are superb, there’s little not to like. The food is exceptional and the beers and spirits are premium labels, not obscure cheap brands. As it is an all inclusive resort hotel the only problem we had was fitting back into our clothes for the journey home ! The speciality restaurants were all easily booked and all very good quality. We sat outside in the warm evening air, the atmosphere at all the restaurants was very pleasant.
The entertainment didn’t grab us too much but we’re used to cruising so it wasn’t really that important to us. It all looked like good family fun and quite professionally done. The only odd thing we noted is that the big deep sofa chairs are grouped in a way that really reduces the available seating capacity around the main stage. Two people can easily take up six seats and with nowhere else to sit comfortably we didn’t bother in the end, otherwise might have sat with a nice relaxing G&T while we watched the shows and the world go by.
The hotel has a lot of staff. They’re everywhere and always friendly, polite and helpful, full marks to whoever is in charge of training ! The swimming pools sometimes had more lifeguards than swimmers and they were all highly attentive, no doubt very reassuring for those with small children.
One minor irritant (but also aware this is a family hotel and we were a bit older than the main core of family groups) was the incessant whistle and clapping noises that came from the pool while the morning fitness events were taking place. The hotel is split into three blocks which form a bit of an ‘arena’ around the pool which makes any noise bounce around a bit. Otherwise all very peaceful - but also noting they the hotel was running at much reduced capacity.
One point of note was the amount of good quality sun beds available, both around the pool and on the beach, finding one was never a problem.
The whole hotel was spotless and everywhere you look someone is sweeping or wiping. Everyone was very compliant with mask wearing but in the event of forgetting to wear one, especially in the restaurant, a member of staff would either politely make you aware or offer you a mask. There were a number of readily supplied mask stations around the hotels, always available and readily supplied.
We had a day out at the Dubai Expo, the hotel concierge service was first class, organising taxis and providing local transport details. As with just about everything we experienced, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A lot of reviews pick out individuals to mention specifically but we’d prefer to give a special mention to everyone we came across, rather that miss out anyone who also deserves a shoutout. The service really is good here, it was just a shame we couldn’t all see each other smiling with the infernal but necessary masks.
Well done Rixos, you weren’t perfect but you were pretty close. We’ll come back again and happily recommend to anyone who asks..
Thanks for a lovely stay.
Rixos Bab Al Bahr
Lovely week away - our 2nd visit to this hotel. The hotel itself is modern, clean and tidy and offers good facilities - the food was very good, with plenty of variety - although sometimes not always as hot as it could be. The staff and service were excellent particularly the waiter Abdul Mateen in the seven heights restaurant who looked after us every day - he couldn’t do enough for us and we really appreciated that he always tried to ensure we had the best experience in the restaurant. Ibrahim who we met the previous year was again on hand, welcoming and ensuring we had that 1-1 customer service which is always appreciated particularly as the staff in the restaurants are always rushed off their feet. Finally an excellent full body sports massage by Nadia in the Spa which was thoroughly enjoyable - the only point to be made here is that the prices for the treatments etc are incredibly expensive… but it’s always a nice treat whilst on holiday.
Great stay
I stayed there this summer in Turkey. The experience was great. The food was very delicious. The staff in the hotel was always friendly and happy to assist in anything I would ask for. I recommend this hotel and will come back some other time.

Rixos Downtown Antalya.Such a beautiful hotel but the guest services staff is very unprofessional.Especially Yasmine, her answers have nothing to do with customer service at all. She told me I shouldn't have come to Rixos Antalya if I believe Turkey has terrorists?!
Unbelievably Bad!!!!
Reason of writing a review her is I completely lost trust in Tripadvisor
Stayed in the Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh twice in less than a month, and as an outside guest, have had also a dinner at their open buffet hotel - so total visits = 3
The hotel is horrible by all means (except staff at restaurants)
1. Have seen with my eye the same similar incident which one of the reviewers here wrote about a waitress flirting at her husband. Have seen the waitress exceeding all kinds of limits!
2. Dinner for an outside guest cost $100 per person with no alcohol, however, hot meals displayed and served cold
3. Dealing with reservation, you need to watch your debit card. Booked one month in advance, and for them to verity your debit card, instead of processing a symbolic value (like $1), they charge you the whole value!
Not only, but they claim it is authorisation only, while you and I and the whole world knows that processing on debit cards means taking money from your bank!
4. Have done a mistake on booking.com, and instead of booking a room for 2 people done it for 3, and only noticed while checking into the hotel
For the reception person - seeing 2 standing inform rod him - instead of informing booking.com and sort it for me, he charged me $621 per night per room!!!!
Not only, and accommodated me in a room with an ugly extra bed, despite knowing that we are 2 only
Moreover, gave me the keys after he insisted that I pay the wrong value, never offered me to show me where is the room
5. Guest relations are so so so smart. You write a review on tripadvisor, they will apology to you in writing on your inbox (behind the seen), but at the same time they will communicate with Tripadvisor and manage (taking advantage of some wording pitfalls in your review), and get the review removed!!!

Bad Experience
We've always spent our vacation in Sharm El Sheikh but this time we've decided to follow our friends' suggestion and stay at Rixos Seagate Hotel and I like to inform you with my experience in the hotel. The first impression was that the hotel was so amazing and elegant but unfortunately I was shocked and not pleased due to the situation that happened with us while having dinner at A La Carte Restaurant. There was an employee there called Nariman or Nermine as far as I can remember who was smiling and looking at at my husband all the time, and she was acting awkwardly, so I thought she needs tips and that's why she acts in that silly way. Then she came to our table and started talking to my husband neglecting my presence as if I am not there. She started asking my husband questions like "Do you have a suitor for me looks exactly like you?" "I have a nice voice and I can sing for you a special song". After that the harassment started and she looked at my husband in an unacceptable way and when I told her that's enough and she has to stop, she replied by saying that she likes to joke with the guests and added that she's in a relationship with the department manager and when I asked her what the department name is, she said "Mahmoud". I wanted to talk to the department manager and complain to the hotel management but my husband refused because he didn’t like to make problem specially in our stay, but that's not an acceptable employee's level to work in such a known brand, five star hotel, so you must choose employees who have manners and polite to suit the name of your hotel. My husband and I were thinking of extending our vacation until the new year if we liked the residency, but we left on the intended checkout day and went to the Maldives for two weeks. We were very happy not to mention how politely the employees dealt with us there and we felt a huge gap in how the employees treated us at Rixos and there. I decided to write my review on Rixos website and tripadvisor but I couldn't because of the bad internet connection in the place we were in but now I am sharing my very bad experience with you from America in order to avoid the repetition of this situation with my friends or with other guests.

This hotel is truly amazing. I visited it on 2019 August and was so happy that when got back, week later, booked a room there for 2020 August.
Hotel's environment and sing seeings and views are truly amazing especially when you walk at your room balcony and look it immediately stun you.
Hotel room service was good and professional. But it has where to endeavor ( at least with that experience I faced ).
Staff, receptionist workers and others was very friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate in any language.
Entertainment team ..only good words for them. So friendly, so talkative, so energetic, so polite, so respectful, so thoughtful, not to importunate. All games was interesting by all meanings. If not them my holiday would be good, but very boring, especially as for young person.
Evening shows was very interesting and probably made a big difference from other hotels evening. Other can't even compare by that.
Only minus I can find is when walking to sea, there is many rocks, it's very hard to walk..
Great hotel in Tekirova Turkey!
Stayed for 2 nights
Stayed for 2 nights, and I can say, the best we had from 8 years staying in Dubai. Clean and superv client service!
