The worst tour operator I have ever seen
We have booked a trip to the Edge of World. Unfortunately we could not find the right meeting point, not for our fault but because of a taxi driver's mistake. I immediately texted Riyadh Trips to ask to postpone and recover the trip the day after. Even paying the difference if needed. They answered us it was not possible in any case. They gave us no service, nothing at all and neither the option to recover paying some difference of price. They only texted me to pay again all the total amount if I wanted to join the trip. Very very disappointing!
