I joined early December 2020 and all was good, even though I only play 10p spins, cashing in and out wasn't a problem. The fun factor was great, I was having FUN!
Not until this morning, I was asked for documents, proof of id. I sent them more than was needed, and although I didn't have a "valid" passport, I sent them my old one, this is still a valid/legal document here in the UK.
Instead, I have shown them my bank card, government papers and screen shots, my housing contract, proof of income being paid into my account.
Proof of their payments to me by (Rizk) by way of screenshots off of my online banking. As well as proof of address, and now after winning £55 they're NOT accepting my documents.
In total I have deposited £310 and withdrew £230, it would be £285 withdrawn but they're keeping my money it seems!
Should I not get this £55 I will seek remedy in the UK county courts.
I WOULD KEEP WELL AWAY IF YOU'RE FROM THE UK!

After being told my documents were accepted via email (Gunther) my account has been locked out, and it does seem that I have lost my £55 too. I will recover the funds via my bank, who'll no doubt claim this back from Rizk!
Such a shame this company was, what I thought, the real deal, a online casino you could trust. Gutted!!!

Worst casino known to a man! I saw this site was recommended on casinogrounds. So I gave it a try.. Deposit over 100 euro, and won literaly nothing. I didn't get any bonuses! Dont play there if dont mind loosing money.

Since joining Rizk I have been amazed at their lighting fast withdrawal and verification process. In comparison to other casinos I would hands down say that Rizk has the fastest withdrawal time to e-wallets than the rest. My most recent withdrawal was verified, processed and in my PayPal account before I could even load my PayPal account up.

However I do wish that they had a slightly larger game library from several smaller providers for that vast selection. But if you like your giant providers such as Play’n’go, Yggdrasil and Blueprint and you play in the UK; you’ll find high RTP variants at Rizk, not the usual 94% selection offered by a plethora of rival sites.

So, I did a £20 deposit on this casino via paypal. I check my bank statement a few days later. They had taken £120 from me.

When questioned with customer service and followed their complaints procedure, I hear nothing for days. I had to go through my bank to get the funds owed refunded to me.

Rizk then proceeds to block my account after they were found out of stealing money from me. DO NOT trust this casino...awful website, awful customer service and lastly....a bunch of scamming thieves.

I've had to unfortunately change my 5 star review to a 1 star. I've done this because I am seriously disappointed by their lack of decent bonuses. The Rizk wheel is absolute rubbish! 2 weeks ago I spent well over £500 - my reward?.......5 measly free spins! Oh, and I got another spin on the wheel. Guess what?.......Another 5 spins! It's my birthday today. Guess what I got from them?.......Yip, you guessed it - NOTHING! Steer clear people. I thought these guys rewarded people fairly, but the don't. Don't waste your money here.

I registered 5 days ago iv deposited £10 of my own money and in total I was up £1000 befor they banned me for 2 years in my opinion this should not be allowed I tried to bring this up with there digital chat service on there site and they seid I did it and there’s nuthing they can do but I have a email telling me they banned me

Worst online casino in the UK. When you play on a slot that acts like it's going to pay out the slot will suddenly get a partner cashier error or the slot will crash. I go through deposits without any bonus on multiple games. Other sites I play on will have bonuses or features all the time. Beware this is a scam site they manipulate the slots from paying big wins. There sister site Casino Euro left the UK which was also a terrible site. You have been warned.

Balance won’t update after several days. Real money balance is lower than actual balance in last played game but not in the lobby or other games. This keeps happening all the time even I forwarded this issue several times before.
Stealing?

Worst casino ever, they are with holding my withdrawals. Iv sent in All the reliant documents and not so much as an email to say they have received it. I kept complaining through live chat and email and now they have closed my account so I can’t see wether my withdrawals are being processed. Avoid like the plague

NOT SAFE!!! I had limited loss, but manage to lose the whole balance. After losing the whole balance, then try to use money from freespin, the site didnt allowed me to play further because of loss limited. The loss limited should have been active earlier. Not after losing all the balance.

I'm rating this a 1 based on the fact that they allow casino streamers on YouTube a different set of rules to us normal players even if we highroll. Casino streamers are given 100% match bonuses on every deposit and also allowed to stake upto £10 per spin on slots. Anyone else the max is £5 as per their terms and conditions. It doesn't state anywhere that streamers get higher limits. Nor does it say on any streamers videos. They have a massive advantage and able to basically take our money!. Just look at nickslots for example. Big win after Big win!.
