Our team of nutritionists, dietitians, personal trainers, chefs and mental health practitioners works with local authorities and universities to make good health easier to reach for everyone. Hi I worked as a community chef on the 15th October, it was a fantastic turnout. Everyone learnt new skills , it was a great session hosted by Dan. The cooking session was great everyone was enthusiastic learnt new recipes and skills. It was great teaching some negotiation cooking .Can’t wait for the next one!!
I attended a Pilates class . It was a great class so welcoming and friendly. I was welcomed by everyone. The instructor was professional and explained what to do. She was also really friendly and made the class enjoyable.
I cannot believe this is a free event and would recommend all to attend you will enjoy it . There are lots of other activities to attend .
I also have previously attended flower arranging and had free food from these events. Families were there and children were given gift bags and free pop ect.
The workshops are excellent! Dan is such a natural born leader and adapts everything to each individual person. Every city needs a Daniel!!!
I attended the health day in Walsall which was great fun, it was packed with people all in good spirits, the staff were very informative and understanding regarding my weight management and ideas for adjusting my nutrition intake
I thought this was a great way to get the local community to engage with each other and think about their health and think these events should be held in more community centres
I recently attended their health event at a Walsall community centre and it was great! Free delicious food, kind staff and lots of learning activities around nutrition. Really great company with great ideas and motives
I have worked with Dan as a Pilates instructor in Birmingham. He made the experience easy and enjoyable and I’m looking forward to our sessions coming up in November.
I attended one of Rizon Health’s events and had such a lovely experience. I met so many new people and learnt so many new things. One of the stalls was about sugar content in everyday foods & it really opened my eyes and has made me think about what I’m consuming and helped me make healthier choices. I also got to pick & take home a handmade tote bag from a different stall , which was such a lovely touch. I’d definitely recommend going along to anything rizon !!
I’ve attended several events hosted by Rizon health and they’re always great, the staff is super knowledgable and always so supportive. We’ve gotten freebies every time which is amazing! highly recommend
I came to some events with my daughters and we all enjoyed the great atmosphere there.It was lovely to meet great people and get advice about healthy eating and healthy life style.I love the fact that all the staff was so friendly and helpful.I love all the events or classes you are doing and helping people to become healthier and better.Thank you for doing such a great job!
