Rizzilient is awesome. Within 8 weeks of training I lost 10 pounds of body fat and gained muscle started to see my shape change and got excited about working out. If you want results he’s your guy!

I am motivated by the results I can see already.
Today marks my 6th week of training with Ray. It is the first time in 20 years that I have worked out consecutively for even a week. I am motivated by the results I can see already. My experience with working out was the ways of bodybuilding. I am pleasantly surprised how effective the techniques incorporated into my training are proving to be. I am enjoying working out for the first time. I am challenged each visit and always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment. I am elated to have made it past the 21 day mark (its a habit now). It is Ray's style and delivery as to why I look forward to it.

Great Results
My program has changed my life both, mentally and physically. There are always new and innovative ways to workout while, making it fun at the same time, and most importantly you get results. Each program is created individually and it WORKS !! I suffer with hypothyroidism this program through Rizzilient has helped me discover new ways to balance my hormones through supplements and diet in order to get the best results from my workouts. I always look forward to my workouts :0))
