Scam agent

I have waited over a month for my package, and it still hasn't arrived, even though the shipping line I chose said it would take 10-15 days. They give you coupons to make you think shipping is cheap with the good lines, but in reality, they just make you pay more and give you a slower one. All the good reviews are fake, by the way.
