RJS Events customer service went beyond expectations. From recommending the various hotel options and restaurants in the city to organise the tickets to the match everything was seamless and made for a brilliant event. We had some great feedback from our guests! Thank you Richard!

We would like to thank Mr. Richard and RJS Events for everything. We had a lovely time on our trip to Helsinki for the UEFA Super Cup. The whole trip was well organised including the flights, taxi, hotel and all activities we had during our stay in Helsinki. Hopefully we will have another trip planned by RJS Events.

I first dealt with Richard when he arranged my West Indies cricket tour in 2008 when he was with Paragon Travel. He has subsequently arranged my travel to Sri Lanka and South Africa and Australia as well as Trent Bridge and more recently Headingley for cricket. Wow what a great few days & true to form Red Bull were fantastic hosts. From the outset walking through the Paddock Club with the band playing, champagne, food along both the garage experience and the pit walk. The client could not ask for any more so could you thank Red Bull for a great day.

Monaco Grand Prix Weekend.
We had a fantastic weekend arranged by Richard form RJS Events. Everything was organised extremely well. Richard was also on the end of the phone to answer any questions when required.
Great weekend and Great Service! We will certainly use Richard again for our next trip!

After returning from winning a Amazing trip of a lifetime!!! Flights,Hotel,STK Show of our choice brilliant seats not forgetting Grand Canyon helicopter ride Champagne and picnic .
It nearly didn’t happen! as through no fault of RJS , my sister had a problem downloading her Covid certificate this meant we missed our flight 🥺 Richard at the end of the phone
Like a God !!!! Rearranging alternative flights for a few hours later cannot thank him enough for our wonderful trip.
Would definitely use him again with any events in future .

We were part of the group (100 couples) recently visited Las Vegas. Richard from RJS Events organised everything from flight, activities and itinerary. He even respond to queries and provide help out of hour.

RJS Events organised a trip to Las Vegas for 100 winners, which we took part in. Very friendly staff (Richard Gillham was our contact) who kept us well informed of all travel procedures, visits, contact details, etc. Easy to contact in case of queries. The itinerary was very well planned and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Would highly recommend.

We ran a promotion which culminated in us sending 100 people to Vegas for 4 nights. The trip included flights, transfers, dinner at STK, helicopter tours and a selection of live shows. Richard, at RJS, organised all this without any issues, even including personalised itineraries for each guest. Everything leading up to and throughout the trip was seamless with Richard available to answer any of mine or the guests questions pretty much 24/7. This trip would have been a daunting task if it wasn't for RJS. I cant recommend them enough and will certainly be using them in the future for any hospitality events or packages.

Highly recommend RJS for all your hospitality needs. Organised superb VIP tickets at short notice to Trent Bridge. Communication was excellent throughout. Will use again.

First corporate event post lock-down and lots of new rules and measures to follow. Richard was absolutely brilliant at helping with the admin and getting the finer details nailed. Going as far as emailing our customers to ensure they had downloaded the app / redeemed the ticket ok. When we got there, the event itself was fantastic. Great food. Great service. Happy guests and happy customer in me! Thank you.

Went to the Germany game and the final of the Euros! In spite of the tears at the latter, there was no crying about the VIP we had laid on for both! Used RJS's MD many times over the years and he always comes up trumps! Superb VIP all the way and in this post Covid era he made the whole experience stress free through thoughtful and comprehensive planning. Great seats, food and ambience, we do not expect to look anywhere else for those special occasions. Well done Richard!

I used RJS Events to book for the Lions tour to South Africa. Richard put together a fantastic package including some great excursions and match tickets, all at great value. Unfortunately the trip is cancelled due to COVID, but Richard kept me informed of status at regular intervals throughout, and a refund was processed efficiently. I'd thoroughly recommend RJS Events, and am looking forward to booking another trip with them soon.
