Absolute terrible company, bought a rug which was poor quality, looked at their return policy which sounded ok - until you have to return, restocking fee, packing fee, extra cost to collect. We are out of pocket over $1000 because the product supplied was not fit for purpose.
A very stressful and costing exercise.
Avoid at all costs!

SCAMMERS stay away I bought a double bed and the mattress came soaked with liquid rang him in and he just kept fobbing me off so I have reported him for flying tipping and to trading standards to get him closed down for good. He a liar can’t trust this company at all stay well away from this company. Still haven’t received another mattress and he gave me someone else number from a different company

HI JUST BUY WARDROBE FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY BRING AND ASEMBLED IT ITS SO NICE AND THE DOORS ARE QUITE STRONG I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR WARDROBE LISBONE WARDROBE 203CM WARDROBE THEY BRING TO 2ND FLOOR WHICH THEY CHARGE US BUT THEY DONE GOOD JOB THANKS TO RK FURNITURES

Very happy with my experience with RKfurniture, they delivered very fast, kept me updated with how long they were going to be, helped carry everything inside my home, very good quality furniture everything is perfect for a good price. If you’re thinking about buying with them defo do it, i’d 100% recommend them. 😊

I bought a sofa from this 'company' in September 2024. It was advertised on their website as a three seater, however when it was delivered it was a two seater and told the delivery guys that, to which they tried to tell me it was a three seater lol. I laugh because do they think people are completely stupid. Because I had no sofa for some time, and experienced a questionable company previously and moved home, I kept it although I wasn't entirely happy due to the false advertising aspect. However, one male told me in a voice note on WhatsApp that they would replace any cushions free of charge as I had asked if the sofa was under guarantee.

A few months down the line one of the cushions is going really soft and flattening, something I wouldn't expect after only 6 months, but checking the inside of cushion it's cheaply made. So I messaged on WhatsApp a couple of days ago about a replacement cushion. I received a reply saying what's the issue, I had already explained in a message, but was told to send a picture. I was then told 'buy a new cushion'. To which I replied I shouldn't have to after only having the sofa for 6 months.

I decided to call and the male the other end kept talking over me and when I said for him to let me speak, he aggressively and repeatedly told me to shut up! He then ended the call on me and proceeded to tell me via WhatsApp message to have some manners, a clear attempt to project and deflect his own behaviour onto me.

After telling him in messages what I thought of him and told him he is vile and how he ignored the voice recording I was sent last year as I re-sent it to his number twice yesterday, I was then blocked. So not only does this 'company' engage in false advertising they are disgusting in how they treat and speak to customers. I told him I hope the company goes out of business as they don't deserve anyone's money. So stay away from RK Furniture they are conmen and vile!!

A bad experience with these frauds,I bought 2 sliding doors wardrobes parts were broken & missing i took pictures and sent them first they said they posted i waited 2 weeks didnt receive anything called again it's on its way,every time I call i've been told different stories continued for over 2 months after my last phone call he was very rude.these guys are unprofessional now they blocked me. Quality is very bad👎

I ordered a sliding door 90 cms wardrobe on 10 March it was delivered flat packed the following day with agreement they would assemble it for me on 12th March. As a lady of 79 years of age i was unable to do so. Unfortunately no one would answer my calls when they didn’t arrive on 12th and in fact I’m sure they put the phone down on me at one point. I was fortunately able to get someone in to do it for me. The next problem was that it measured 100 cms not 90, which meant dismantling a bed. Also the internal blueprint was different. However, it is a decent wardrobe for what it cost me and I am happy with the finished result and for the prompt delivery of item. I just would have been happier if I had been told that they didn’t want to assemble it. (Possibly then I wouldn’t have ordered it anyway). Whether that’s down to RK or their delivery I company I don’t know. I’ve given 4 stars because the wardrobe itself is fine.

Sofa delivered and it’s smaller than the sizes indicated on the website, the quality is very poor and the wrong cushion covers arrived with it too. Was assured that it would be rectified but have since been ignored by the company despite numerous attempts to contact. AVOID

SHOCKING CRIMINALS!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. All other excellent reviews are there friends and family the real reviews are all negative. As the others say item arrived not what I ordered and wrong pillows so declined to pay and they refused and forced me to pay as they delivered a sofa and wouldn’t leave. I was promised they would rectify the issue but no communication when reaching out to them but when I get a friend to call they happily answer the call. I will be going to action fraud on this SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HASSEL

Got sofa bed they give me good price including fixing I am student I wasn’t afford that much personally I called them and they give me student discount the sofa bed quality is amazing now I have sofa and bed in just 250£ the original price was 359£ on website they have great delivery guy bring to second floor as well thanks to Rk furniture 🥰
