Edit: responding to the response I received from the company. I can provide screen shots showing how many emails I've received from ONE ticket. Anytime an update is made I get an email notification.
Also, I've been logging into the right account. And now for the SECOND time my courses are missing. Again, the worst.

Just a waste of time. This company should be out-of-service. Irrelevant product and outdated. Their program is out of the exam. Please don’t buy any product from this foolish website.

Books and methods are very to understand.

Very helpful online resources and the prep exam simulator combined with the book were useful resources.

RMC provides some of the best materials for PMP preparation and for gaining in-depth knowledge of the concepts. However, from a self-learning perspective, I found it a bit challenging at times. I believe the experience would have been much smoother if I had attended their Bootcamp or followed their training videos from the start.

The books are fine, the customer service sucks.

I think instead of reading from the book it would be more helpful to have folks engaged in activities and quizzes. Reading to us did not help nor did we learn anything from it when we were instructed to read the chapters on our own.

Still miss Rita. All of your materials are top notch.

The Petersons / RMCLS instructor and material, provided over a full 4-days of an in-person classroom setting, made for a great experience, covering the full PMP Exam Prep Guide and workbook, with meaningful teaching material, discussion, classroom collaboration, breakout exercises, exam tips, and multiple occasions for practice exam questions at the end of each chapter...we even took a practice exam. Once complete, I studied for a few hours, and listened to a few online videos on my way to the exam site, and went into the exam and experienced a comfortable ability to engage all questions asked and passed with an "Above Target" rating. Thank you Petersons/RMCLS Team!

It was the ease of the process.

Material was educational. Practice tests were helpful. Felt that we bounced back and forth in the book a lot which was confusing. Recommend allowing more time for questions for the trainer.

Let us pay with a PO!!!! Or at least say beforehand and before purchase that you only take credit cards. Caused many problems in purchasing for higher ed.

The audio book in conjunction with the written version and sample tests really made the difference in preparing me to pass the exam. Thank you!!!

The course brings a lot of value to PMP prep. It outlined the most important parts to review for the exam and gave helpful advice about how to find the gaps in your knowledge. The instructor was great and the materials given to us are extremely helpful especially the exam simulator.

I purchased the RMC instructor materials so I could save time on creating an entire training deck that RMC already has. Still, EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER had multiple errors on the slides ranging from incorrect page numbers to entire incorrect content. This greatly embarrassed me and lowered my students' confidence in the materials. Nicolas Weiser, General Manager of Peterson's Career Prep reached out to me and like his other colleagues, invited ME to DO their jobs for them!!! "Let's see if we can troubleshoot together." My job as a paying CUSTOMER is to receive a working product, NOT to help them do their jobs FOR them. Nick has now resorted to IGNORING my emails when I asked for a full refund.

I liked that the book reads like a textbook/dictionary, because after classes and listening to podcasts, it supplements the technical terms. There are resources in it linked with QR codes that require additional purchases, but are placed throughout to seem like they are included in the purchase. The quizzes are very challenging (good) but repeat the same questions (bad). It's tough to know if you've learned more or just memorized the answers. I'd say the book and quizzes are enough to pass, but they're not a complete program.

Great guidance from the facilitator on the different domains and topics. The program includes extensive resources to facilitate the learning process.
