He came over six months ago, tightened one screw, promised to order a flywheel that was under warranty and charged me over $100.

I was pretty happy when Rade arrived at my home to service my treadmill. Everything seemed fine except the motor wouldn't work. He quickly assessed the problem; explained he would get a replacement motor and returned the following day. My treadmill is up & "running" - the costs for labour, the cost for the replacement part seemed reasonable. He has many years experience and knows his business - saved me from throwing it into the landfill.
Rade came when he said he would come to assemble my new exercise bike.I am 76 and had no idea it would be so complicated.Given the current virus,he came with his mask on,and promptly assembled the bike in 45 minutes.Two of my older lady friends are considering buying a similar bike and I have given them Rade’s information.I would highly recommend him,and his price was VERY reasonable!
My bill came up to $470+. The part cost $270. If I knew that's how much he is going to charge me I would have gone a buy new treadmill. He threaten to remove the part if I did not pay up. I still have to pay the service charges. Do not trust this service guy, ask how much is going to cost before doing any work. Let's hope the part works as he offer to give me back $60 to remove the 6 months warranty. Otherwise, I would have paid $470+ plus the cost for a new treadmill.
I highly recommend rm fitness, had someone else try to fix my elliptical and he told me that wasn't worth fixing, it apparently needed a new console. After trying a second time, Rade came quickly and less than an hour later and at a very reasonable fee, he fixed my elliptical and is now in working well. So very happy!
