Many different items later...
After 3 orders with many different items my experience is a VERY mixed bag.
Leather - samples are amazing, but when you buy larger size you get items with a ton of damage that happened after tanning (which you can tell by missing pigment and surface-level scratches). They also wrinkled the largest pieces by poor packaging.
They advertise as gladly accepting leather damage complaints, but they just ghosted me multiple times.
Hardware - great if you know what to buy, like brand names. I ventured into some noname stuff and it didn't match the photos and behaved like something from Temu. I left an objective review and they never published it.
So for not publishing anything below 4 stars and ghosting me I am giving them 3 stars here, as some poor quality here and there can happen to anyone, but they killed any trust I had.
