Comfortable for longer wear. Too bad had a bad experiences with the second pair when the soles fall apart in less than 2 years.

Loved RM as a brand but love them more after they helped with an issue with my online delivery with sizing (my fault as I didn't try it on in store!). The customer team online were sooo helpful and made the in-store exchange so streamlined. Online experienced matched what I normally receive in-store

Love the high-quality, natural materials. Such a special experience in store and a really proud to buy from such an Australian institution. Totally worth the extra cost to invest in Australian grown and made.

Apart from the sterling service provided in-store, the products are second to none. I have three pairs of RM boots and they’ll outlive me. Wonderfully crafted, timeless and beautifully presented. Exudes quality not seen in other brands of footwear. The clothing and accessories are excellent too. You’re always buying something special at RM Williams but most importantly you’re buying Australian craftsmanship, passion and pride in their work. When you purchase RM, not only are you purchasing Australia’s future but you’re also paying homage to Australia’s legacy of artisanal craftsmanship. Thank you RM. I’m really glad your company is around.

RM Williams is part of being Australian. A bit cliché perhaps, but as Aussies we expect quality, effectiveness and national recognition.
I have never had an RMW’s product fail, wear out prematurely or stop being relevant as part of my wardrobe. That says a lot.
Yes, we pay a few bucks more at purchase, but value is best considered 5, 10 or 20 years down track.

The quality of leather used is just awesome 👌. A pair of RMW makes a difference.

I genuinely love R.M. Williams because it is ethically produced and is an Australian comedy.

The tried and true styles are still available year in and year out. I know I will be able to get new jeans for example without having to try on dozens of styles.
The styling is casual but smart enough to fit in with most occasions.
Waxed cotton winter jacket I have now worn probably a hundred times and it looks good as new. The grandkids call it my FBI jacket.
I often visit the store just to see what’s new and restock on something.
The birthday reward scheme is great…

I am a true country girl from Yorkshire. I appreciate quality and natural materials. The ambience in the store, helpful staff and ohh the aroma of leather is so rare these days. Everything i purchase is what i call classically fitting, in a world of fast fashion it’s good to know my boots were made for walking and my cap was made made for pure joyful moments. My daughter, son and son in law are all kitted out in your finest so great that your range goes across the generations. Here’s hoping i can purchase some little boots soon. Thankyou for your integrity and superb vision may you be around for a Millenia. Jo

Quality is excellent coz my dad, coz i bought one craftman for him in 2017 and it still looks new.

The Heritage and Legacy are highly appealing, but it’s the Craftmanship, attention to Detail and exceptional Quality, especially with leathergoods, that I love. Staff instore are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Love RM boots! I won't wear anything else on my feet for work and smart casual. They fit so well and last forever.

Experience with my boots has been fantastic. I have two pairs (brown and black) that are 10 yrs old and still going great. I do worry about the cost going forward and the impact that will have on the RM brand.

I love the shoes and products however customer service is poor- both in store and online. I made several complaints for poor customer service and never had any follow up. Such a disappointing outcome with such a valued place.

The only thing you can do better is to bring back the RED Rugby jumper with white collar and logo.

I love the quality and design of RM Williams as well as the fact they are made here in Australia. I have three pairs and counting, they look good new and age with character.
The clothes are a staple for me as well with the quality they last twice as long as other brands. It’s pretty simple and they look and feel great.

Switching over to RM boots in 2015 was the best choice I have ever made. Having flat feet, other brands of footwear only made the condition worse but after changing into Comfort Craftsmen boots all pain disappeared. I now own two pair of the boots, two belts, two pair of jeans, a vest and socks. When you find good quality that will last, look no further than RM Williams.
