We are a privately owned and managed residential lettings company that owns and manages our own properties. We have a mix of shared / co-living homes and traditional buy-to-let's across Kent, personally managed by us and our in-house team. Our homes are built / refurbished and maintained to an exceptional standard and we have a specification and quality that outshines the majority of shared-accommodation available as you'll see if you visit us. We've invested heavily in technology systems for the benefit of our occupants. Some, like our smart access and heating controls, allow you to use your phones for access and give you individual freedom over room temperatures. Some that we have proprietary-built include real-time monitoring of the heating and hot-water systems to alert us the instant there may be any sign of a problem - allowing us to take action immediately. Sustainability is high on our agenda and we currently have the only A-rated EPC-rated HMO in the Maidstone borough - for our clients that means homes that are quiet and warm all-year round and which make a positive contribution to the environment and climate.
