I am a new box truck owner coming into this biz I did not know nothing I got my dot number go so many call from so many different people they wanted me to sign up with them for a gas card and to factor with them but I listen did not do it then I got a call from Rodex I answered the call and the person said hello my name is Bridget her introduction was so amazing I listen to what she had to say she explained everything with me step by step she was so patient answering all my questions she gave me so many advice so I sign up but it did not stop there any questions I call her about she always help me I am so satisfied with Rodex thank to Bridget for all those awesome advice and guidance

5 star company 💯 percent..... Bridget Viscetto worked with me and got me the cheapest rate out of five other company insurance quotes then helped out with factoring and fuel cards for a new venture got me all the answers I needed and if she didn't have them she found them for me within no time at all... I recommend this company to any new or existing venture

Donald Shafer is his name; helping people is his game! I appreciate Mr. Shafer for helping and approving my payment arrangements for my fuel ⛽️ card account. I guess his philosophical concept got to be, "helping truckers with their fuel card accounts is more revenue for the company". If truckers don't have a way to pay for their fuel each week; their truckers business could come to a sudden halt! On the flip side of things; he's a GODLY Man in trying to do the works to please GOD. "In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead".(James 2:17). Either way Mr. Shafer is doing a bang up job for RoadEx. GOD is putting people in my life who I can benefit from, and that gives me inspiration to move forward in the truckers business. I'm pleased to have Brad in my life because he truly cares about helping people for the sake of morality and humanity. RoadEx! You have your diamond in the ruff! GOD bless you Brad Sader!

We wanted to give a big shoutout to Lisa who works in the fuel department at RoadEX. Her willingness to help us out with fuel in tough situations are always greatly appreciated. She never hesitates, she jumps right in and lend a helping hand. Thanks for always going the extra mile. RoadEx is fortunate to have her and her teammates (Tara, Melissa, Ankush). All I can say is, thank GOD for Tara Frakes and Melissa Duncan! They are the one two punch when it comes to outstanding customer service. I've been communicating with Melissa and Tara for almost two years, and I have never seen a bad day from the both of them. Their professionalism, and uncanny style sets them apart from the average customer service arena. You can tell they are GOD fearing women because of their articulateness, full of transparency, and compassion. With that combination,they show supernatural and spiritual focus when they are addressing an issue over the telephone. With that being said; RoadEx should be grateful for including these two ladies in their company, with their zealous and ardent gifts.

I really am satisfied with using the Road Ex card at loves travel stops. The only issue I would like to see changed is the discount was shown immediately after purchase. It would help me a lot because of the way I do my paperwork for my business. Other than that one thing, I really do like the company and card

Card works at stations we frequent. Accounting is above average but daily notification of card use (like Fleet One/WEX) would be helpful.
