All good after a year
I picked the Roadhawk as it seemed to offer the best product at the time..... lots of cheapies out there but IMO cheap doesn't cut it when you are needing something that is reliable. Good build quality, great picture quality and easy to transfer to my family wagon when required.
Great to have an un-biased witness with you on the roads today.
I had reason to return the unit after about 10 months.. good returns process andef ficiently dealy ith a minor niggle I was having with the product.

Camera is great the only way I can fault mine is when I charge it the red light flashes at the same time as the blue and green which means it records at the same time as it charges and I cannot find out how to change this
It works!
I have been using the RoadHawk for just over a year now and am very pleased with it. It is sited on the top of the instrument cluster on my motorbike and give a good view of the road and to each side. Viewing the pictures on VLC Media Player means you can take snapshots which are very clear. I have two wishes for the next version. 1. That it take a larger memory card than 32mb, so that I could record a whole days ride. 2. That one power source would support two camera so I could have one front and back.
RoadHawk
Have dealt with this company a few times now and have always found them to be efficient and willing to shave a bit off the price where necessary, hence why I am ordering from them again in the next few days
There is limited availability of hard wired waterproof cameras for motorbikes and the Roadhawk Bullet seems be be the best available
I purchased the Roadhawk bullet at the end of March 2016. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I was a little disappointed that the hard wire kit had been excluded from the overall package sometime in the past as the early reviews showed it was originally included. Performance of the camera seems okay and good value for the price. I hard wired the camera to my bike for auto on and off. It is now August 2016 and I am just having to return the camera as the internal battery is failing to hold charge and losing the time stamp after 2 days. That said, the response from the company thus far seems very good and I am hopeful they will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Excellent Customer Service
I had a 'Ride' camera for a little over a year and during that time it worked flawlessly. I had it wired into my bike so it powered up and started recording as soon as I fired the bike up. It then developed a problem so I returned it for repair. I was sent a replacement but that also appeared to have something wrong with it. After a lengthy telephone conversation they sent me a brand new (complete with accessories) camera within a few days and everything has been tickety boo since. I my opinion it's only when there are problems that you discover how good a company is and the guys at Roadhawk are excellent. Thanks.
Roadhawk HD Review
An excellent product which has proved its worth.
The company provided excellent customer service with technical advice and a same day turnaround replacement when the mechanism for retaining the SD card developed a fault.
Comfort in knowing that the road situation is being constantly monitored.
Whether by good luck or management or both, we have not encountered any events necessitating the replay of recorded data and admit to not having yet looked at the recorded data. However, we have every confidence in the installation and will, when less busy, and hopefully before it becomes a necessity, look at the data.
the best
I would not want to be with my Roadhawk ever. I feel much safer driving and I know that if anything happens to me or someone else I have the proof. Brilliant
Outstanding.
Competent gadget. Bumps and potholes can upset it. Could do with a voice recorder off button.
The Roadhawk is a good little evidence collector for commuting cyclists
The battery life is rather limited (approx 1 hour). It's just long enough for my commute, but too short for leisure rides. But I have never had an accident on a leisure ride, so it's not a big deal. It's small, waterproof, and the picture quality is OK.
Customer Service
Roadhawk always put you the customer first. I have ordered several items from them and never had a problem. If I have had to call or email questions are always answered promptly and honestly. Would highly recommend Roadhawk.
Good Service And Product
I had to contact customer service when a component failed and got a prompt clear friendly response asking me to try various tests and when they failed to show any response the component was replaced quite quickly.

roadhawk hd dash camera
video and sound quality very good.
top camera, it nice to have peace of mind on the road with this camera
Excellent product excellent service
The product is first class but by today's standards lacking some features and a little large. Service is first class.
The saviour
I brought two cameras now. One on each of my vehicles. The quality of the recordings is far better than cheaper cameras I have used. I would recommend their products to anyone that needs a onboard camera.
RHDC2
I purchased a Roadhawk DC2 camera a few years back now and it has proven it's worth numerous times already. Aiding me personally with an incident twice and providing needed assistance to other persons. Worth every penny.
they got it right!
this is a great product. performs all core functions required at highest level. bells and whistles are fine and dandy, and roadhawk has all the bells and whistles. but that is gravy. i wanted a high end product that simply does what is was made to do. otherwise, bells and whistles are exactly that. roadhawk got it right. i am customer for life.
Camera upgrade
I had a RoadHawk HD for about 2 years with no problem at all, in fact it is an excellent camera. When the HD 2 came out I decided to update. After about 12 month the HD 2 stopped working. All checks were made, still not working, so I emailed DCS-Systems they immediately replied with a returns reference. It was sent back on the Tuesday, I received a report on the Wednesday to say the unit was being replaced of which I received on the Thursday. You could not ask for a better service than that ! You may say the unit was faulty but these things do happen and I would not hesitate to purchase another unit. It is an excellent camera.
