I used this company a couple years ago…
I used this company a couple years ago to ship my daughter’s car from one coast to the other. They were highly recommended, so I tried to use them again. Complete trash, I do not recommend them. They are unreliable, and jerk you around the entire time making promises they never fulfill. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give them a negative star review, I would. Save yourself the hassle and use somebody else.

Good delivery despite language barrier
The car was picked up in Kentucky and brought to mid Ohio in a day. It was very fast and easy for me. The driver didn't speak English which was a bit unnerving but he put the car where it belonged so at least he knew what he was doing.

Unreliable and unprofessional
My car was supposed to be picked up today as I already relocated to another state. No driver was assigned and no one informed me until I called to ask what was going on. I will never use them again. Unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Unprofessional and Unreliable company
I was notified 3 days before my pickup that they were increasing the price $275. They gave me no reason for doing this, knowing it was too late for me to find a new company to go with. On top of that they were 3 days late picking up my car from my desired pick up and the driver ended up canceling on the day of with no notice.
I have shipped my car multiple times. This was my first and last time using road runner. They take advantage of people by jacking the price up last minute knowing exactly what they're doing along with unreliable service. Extremely unprofessional company. I would look elsewhere to ship your car!

Unfortunately, there was increased demand around your desired shipment dates which led to limited carrier availability. In those situations, to help secure a carrier closer to your preferred timeline, we may offer an optional rate increase. Customers are always free to wait until more carriers become available or cancel without penalty. We see you initially chose to cancel. Then, you contacted us again requesting to reinstate your order and proceed with the shipment at the updated rate.
Regarding the pickup delay, all pickup and delivery dates are estimated, as carriers can experience unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, equipment issues, or scheduling changes. Sadly, the carrier originally assigned to your shipment encountered delays and ultimately had to cancel the assignment due to a family emergency for the driver.
We understand this was disappointing and apologize for the inconvenience these circumstances caused. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.

This is my bad experience trying to…
This is my bad experience trying to move a car from Burlington Vermont to California. Perhaps they are better in other locations. I put in a date for pickup on the website and received a text saying pickup was on track, but when I called to confirm the carrier date and time, no carrier had been assigned. The day after the scheduled pickup, still no carrier. I had to go with a different carrier at a higher cost because I had no flexibility with the dates. The only positive was that cancellation on the phone went smoothly.

The driver kept in communication with me from a few hours of picking up the vehicle and when he dropped it off. It lifted anxiet off of me because I am moving by myself with two large dogs and this delivery was so smooth.

Extremely great experience
We used Road Runner for a move to Florida. It was a great experience and extremely fast service! They picked up my car late on Wednesday and I received it in Florida Saturday morning. I was quoted a price and it was exactly that price. I will definitely tell everyone who needs to transport a car about the great service I had.
