I was quoted two different prices…
I was quoted two different prices before booking and due to my time crunch of the vehicle I needed. I sadly booked with this company. The number one thing out of all of this was.poor communication when trying to call not just to get an update but to also dispute an issue. This company is horrible and I hope I never use this service again and may God help you if remember this company in the future.

To clarify, you generated an instant online quote on 4/30 and did not book at that time. We contacted you multiple times that week to book as rates were increasing but did not hear from you until 5/4. During that conversation, the pricing and shipment details for your transport were reviewed with you directly. You again chose not to book transport, and delayed your ready date. Three days later, you contacted us to proceed with booking. This was a week after the instant quote you received and rates that are not booked can often change from week to week based on carrier availability and market conditions.
We do understand your concerns regarding communication and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our customer experience moving forward.

Excellent service......
The entire booking process is made extremely easy by the platform and staff. The communication from staff is excellent. Timely pick up and delivery of my vehicle.
All in all, I would recommend this service to anyone needing to transport a vehicle.

I booked transport for my vehicle over…
I booked transport for my vehicle over 1 month ahead of time. I received messages that the trip was scheduled but a carrier had not been assigned. The day before it was scheduled to leave I had not had communication confirming a pick up time nor place. I called and was told it is still scheduled for the next day. On the day of transport I still had no communication from them. I called again and they said they had not assist carrier and that it could be 3-5 days yet. They would contact me when they assigned it. I was leaving town so scrambled and found another company to take my car. I still have no response from Roadrunner now a week after my car was supplying be scheduled. Very poor service!

They delivered fairly quickly. Email is the best way to communicate with them. They are a solid company and if something is wrong they will fix it.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book. The driver was amazing- great communication and no surprises. My vehicle arrived during the given time frame with no issues at all.
This was my first time transporting a vehicle and it was so easy. Highly recommend.
