Shanice was top-notch

Shanice was top notch.
She was informative and detailed in her explanation of what needed to be done to fix my problem.
While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails.
She fixed that while we were on the phone. It was excellent customer service and I thank her for her help during this rough time in my life.
It is appreciated as are you, Roadrunner

Way to go, Felicia!…

My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. I wish I could have this good of an experience with all my creditors.

I have my loan through Roadrunner Financial. I also work in a finance offer Roadrunner and it is a pleasure working with them on both sides. Thank you for always make things easy Roadrunner!!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

Customer service hangs up on me

I called there customer service to make a payment because they don't accept debit card payments anymore. The guy answered the phone and was mumbling so I could barely understand him. After a couple time of saying I can't understand what your saying he just hung up on me.

My title never arrived.

My title never arrived.
Address was verified.
Neither did the lien release. I had to hound them for that to be sent.
Explained that the local DMV will not register the bike with only the lien release.
Roadrunner associates said there is nothing else to be done.
They will happily take your money, but don't expect any service in return.

I paid extra 608 to be exact to cover…

I paid extra 608 to be exact to cover the next 4 months so my next payment should be in September but they are saying my next payment is August I feel if you aren’t going to put it towards my monthly payments as it was meant for reimbursement is needed immediately to my bank for the remaining money

We are in receipt of this review and offer the following in response. Of the $608 payment received on 6/6/2023, $121.01 was applied to interest and $486.99 applied to principal balance. With no payment having been made between 2/27/2023 to 5/26/2023, the entirety of the 5/26/2023 payment ($151.91) was applied towards the interest that had accrued in the interim ($242.60). Since this is a simple interest loan each time you pay, the payment will apply first to the outstanding interest that has accrued since your last payment received and then the remaining amount will be applied to the principal balance. Excess payments will not advance the due date in excess of 2 payments and those excess amounts paid will be applied to principle, which will result in the term of your loan being shortened. Therefore, based on the way the payments were amortized and the scheduled payments due, the next payment on the account would be due on 8/26/2023.
