Whilst the drivers to and from Gatwick were punctual, friendly and helpful, I was not impressed at being forced to pay an extra £10.00 for the return trip by the call centre operator. He insisted that we must have an estate car rather than a saloon, even though we only had the same amount of luggage as on the outward journey - which of course fitted into the saloon's boot easily! I suspect the estate car was the nearest vehicle he had available at the time and that i was 'conned' into paying extra for it. Sharp practice perhaps?

I needed a taxi fast, due to trains being cancelled as a result of the snow a while ago. I used this company. Booked a taxi at there local office and was given a price for the journey. Didn't have to wait long, was offered a choice either to pay fare in cash or via card. I reached my workplace in time. I would definetly use this company again at short notice, very reliable, cheap fares and considerate driver.

Have booked for at trip from hotel to Gatwick Airport.
Picked up right on time and I have paided in advance, so everything went smootly.

Professionel service by the driver.

Terrible. Turned up very late. No apology. Overcharged me too as the journey 'was out of their area'.

Unfortunately having booked a taxi to collect from Gatwick, and prepaying they failed to turn up.

They had internal IT issues which the chap said he wasnt willing to discuss, but essentially they left 2 ladies stranded at Gatwick, with no contact.

They made no attempt to call us, respond to emails advising that we were ready. Refund made but no apology for the wasted time and additional expense.

Family and I have used these guys loads of times, and other than a taxi once vanishing from an airport pick-up, they've been great, and the prices have always been very reasonable.
