'Mugged' for a tenner!
Whilst the drivers to and from Gatwick were punctual, friendly and helpful, I was not impressed at being forced to pay an extra £10.00 for the return trip by the call centre operator. He insisted that we must have an estate car rather than a saloon, even though we only had the same amount of luggage as on the outward journey - which of course fitted into the saloon's boot easily! I suspect the estate car was the nearest vehicle he had available at the time and that i was 'conned' into paying extra for it. Sharp practice perhaps?
