Love this system
Love this system - installed easily on my Sprinter roof rack. I made a few modifications that I also suggested to the folks at Roadshower (I added a quick-release attachment and a longer expandable hose - who wants to drive around with a hose / nozzle on their car all the time?). Highly recommend this system.

We have ordered five Road Showers total…
We have ordered five Road Showers total for vehicles we have worked on. The product is great - five stars. .... However, the packaging is terrible. Three of the showers have had damaged Schrader valves due to inadequate packaging.

Thanks for the review and the rating on Road Shower 4. We are aware that our packaging was not 5 stars. Your purchases fell under the bad luck category, as normally we have less than 5% damage. We are now selling a newer batch with heavier duty boxes and more padding. However, anyone that has any damage, we will take care of it. Just call and we will send what you need. We also have no control over UPS...they are normally OK, but sometimes not.
This is my second roadshower
This is my second roadshower. The first one was faulty and would not hold any pressure. My positive experience came from dealing with their customer service representative, Kelsey. She sent me a new roadshower, which I haven't tested yet and I returned the faulty one all at no charge.

everything was great but the only issue…
everything was great but the only issue I had was that when it arrived I opened the box to find that the box was probably stacked during shipping and it pressed the plastic Schrader valve cap into the valve and it was a pain to get out. i ended up damaging the valve core but luckily i had some extras laying around

Thanks for the feedback and for taking care of the issue yourself. If you find you need to replace the schrader valve just let us know. Our current batch getting built in the factory will have an aluminum cap on the schrader valve, which should eliminate that problem in the future.
The Road Shower 4L is absolutely…
The Road Shower 4L is absolutely perfect! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I needed to order another set of mounting brackets and shipping for just that was over $16. I think that should have been much less.
Update: 5 stars...I would give them more if I could!!! A company that listens to their customers is a rare thing in this day an age. Thank you Road Shower

Thanks for the good feedback and the honest criticism. $16 to ship the brackets seems a little high. We use an automatic shipping calculator, but sometimes the smaller items come out high. I adjusted the shipping for this item (SKU) to a flat rate of $10. The brackets are heavy and we don't get special rates like Amazon. For anyone reading this, if you buy them with your Road Shower, you can use the coupon code of "12off" to eliminate the shipping cost as we can pack them with your shower. I would refund you the $6 but since you pointed it out, I refunded the entire $16. Thanks again!

We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with our international payment options and service. After looking into it, we see you tried to purchase from our online store. We do not sell internationally from that store or take credit cards from outside the US. This is stated in the store clearly. Maybe you were frustrated with trying to buy with a credit card from outside the USA and having it rejected.
We sell to international customers through our dealers in specific countries. Where no dealer exists we sell directly to the customer through our eBay store. Ebay handles the payments and also handles the overseas shipping. We just ship to their center and they handle it from there. So I wonder if it was something we did wrong, or you don't like the way eBay handled your transaction? Our international customers generally find the eBay store easy to navigate, and we have an excellent customer service representative devoted entirely to serving customers who reside outside the US. Please contact us directly at customerservice@roadshower.com to let us know the issues so we can improve in the future.
outrageous shipping charges corrected
The correct part was available and delivered no qualms with that. The problem was the ridiculous shipping charges, totally uncalled for to ship such a small part and not even expedited.
Update: Roadshower acknowledged the shipping costs were not correct and immediately credited my account. It takes a customer oriented company to take action like this and make things right.

Thank you for the feedback. We looked into this. We use an online shipping calculator and the fee you were charged is what it calculated. It was too high. It should have been about $10 less. So thanks for pointing that out. We will just charge a flat $10 to ship this item in the future. I refunded the difference back to you.
