Dominic made both my issues a smooth experience. I found court to be very daunting Dominic though has a great, laid back easy going manner and got me through the whole experience without stress and no convictions.

What can I say? I couldn't have chosen a better lawyer to take on my case. He was outstanding and very professional. I was expecting to get more than 9 points or even have my license taken off me, but because of Dominic, i only got 3 points and a fine of £240. Originally, I had chosen a different lawyer, but I wasn't satisfied with him. Then I found Dominic, and he took his time out to listen to me and advised what was best for me to do. He took on a case for me when there was a good chance I could lose my license he not only won my case but also managed to get all the charges to not guilty so I was very pleased with this result

As a young person who lives in England, receiving a summons for an offence in Glasgow was already a massive headache as well as the charge against me for dangerous driving meaning I would have been banned for a minimum of 1 year. Dominic guided me through the process and he managed to negotiate on my behalf to a plea of a lesser charge to careless driving which meant no ban was imposed. I cannot recommend Dominic enough as without him I would not of have had a clue where to start or what to do.

Dominic is very calm, confident and professional who always kept me in the loop and was available any time on the phone or email to answer any questions I had. (Not having a clue, I had many!). This let me put my mind to ease knowing that he was dealing with it for me. We also met prior to the trial to prepare for the case which helped with me going into the day of court with no idea on what the process was like. Having received traffic offence summons last minute, with a hearing due two days after, and worrying ourselves silly, we searched for the best road traffic solicitor in Scotland. Dominic came up first, and reading reviews we knew he would be the best option.
Other firms, reviews were hit and miss, along with solicitors not even turning up, or charging rediculous fees.

He has the expert Confidence, knowledge, and skills that gave us comfort in knowing we could leave it in his capable hands, and was happy to take us on at such short notice.

The offences could have lead to my partner being prosecuted for my own daft actions, along with me losing my license and being banned for 3 to 5 years.
