Roaman's / Woman Within / Onestopplus…

Roaman's / Woman Within / Onestopplus are all part of Full Beauty Brands which has completely messed up my account. I am seeing someone else's order, which in this day and age SHOULD BE A REAL ISSUE for the company. I received this request for a survey to my email which is xxxx, however, it was addressed to another person. She lives on the same road as I do, but SERIOUSLY, No One can FIX this? I have called 4 times and it still hasn't been resolved. Try hiring people that know how to think without a script for pete's sake. The last fix, was put on me to change my email address. SERIOUSLY? This is the best this company can do? I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and I'm just thoroughly disgusted. Oh, and their customer service gave me the other persons gift card information. This is not just a problem for her and I, but it is a PRIVACY issue that Full Beauty Brands needs to look into immediately.

I'm here for the same

I'm here for the same, their shipment is a complete lie and besides you pay ridiculous extra 33 dollar for nothing and they just don't care, so is my last time with this company. I'll do my business somewhere else where they are honest and respect customer not stealing money. As I read for sure I'm not the only one. Can you imagine how much they put in their pocket with this fraudulent "delivery"? Never again!!!

Company has went downhill

I have been ordering from them since 2006...back then I placed an order with American people and my orders were always perfect...now I have sent back several capris that didn't fit right and they were not capris because they came down to my ankles...plus they have all foreigners working there now...this company sucks anymore...im gonna find another company to order from as this company has went to the dogs...their clothing sucks!!

Quality can't go any further downhill than it has

I bought from them quite often 15-20 years ago. At that time, their clothes were of decent quality and customer service was decent. I recently placed an order for 5 tops, the quality of fabric, sewing, and construction was awful as was the customer service.

Poor online practices

Agree with most of these shoppers. They send out catalogs with 50% off then try to charge you full price I wanted a couple of their bras the full price was slashed out and the half price was plainly stated in red yet when I went online and clicked on order per catalog put in the catalog number and my item numbers the price remained full I won't pay over 50.00 for a bra and then another 10 for shipping they rob with shipping no other place I order from charges such ridiculous shipping when I chat online all they can offer is to call them..if I wanted to order by phone I would have these people obviously don't need my business ill stick with my tried and trues romans can keep their products

Professional Thievery

I placed two orders last July. I didn’t receive any of the orders. I started calling in August 2022., to let them know I didn’t get the orders. I have been a customer in good standing for at least 16 years. The agent said she would remove the charges ( I had to give her the order number). On my next billing statement the charges were still there. Month after month I called, only speaking to supervisors. Each month they would assure me they would handle it, they didn’t. I tried calling the bank (Comenity) they said they couldn’t help with the orders, only the receiving of the monthly payments. As I was talking to the supervisors on a monthly basis I would pay on the accounts anyway. Recently they told me I have not made a payment since March. I contacted my bank I had them send me a payment record of the payments I sent to Roamans. $100 payments $40 payments, etc. for the months they said I didn’t make any payments. I even asked to be assigned one person to work with me to get these charges removed, they couldn’t do that. These people want money they don’t deserve. You would think after having a customer for 16 years they would remove the charge without any hassle, and on one account I reordered the same clothes I didn’t get in the missing package. Bunch of unprofessional thieves. I want my name cleared. If this affects my credit, I am going to sue them into the ground. Maybe I can get a class action lawsuit, I can’t be the only one they are cheating.

No Plus Size Models in their Magazine.

I just received my first catalog from Roaman's that I requested. The clothes look fine, but I'm angry that they make themselves out to be a company that cares about plus size women, yet out of their entire magazine there were only a total of 3 pictures with women over a size 0. If you want plus size women to buy your clothes, then put your clothes on more plus size models!! I would not trust buying plus size clothes from a company that won't actually show you what it looks like on plus size models. Ugh, so disappointed.

Everything went wrong from beginning to…

Everything went wrong from beginning to a horribly and seemingly impossible solution to my problem.
I was on the phone with at least eight different and mostly difficult for me to understand people. I asked to speak to a person in the US (because she was being rude interrupting and not giving me a chance to explain the problem), and she hung up on me. All of them said they would connect me to the person I needed to talk, but they all sent me back to the menu. I was on the phone for at least 90 minutes.
The objects I returned are located on my computer under Order History. None of the representatives who spoke to me could find a record of these items, and Roamans received them the beginning of December.
I have cut up my Roamans and Woman Within credit cards because of the rude operators, the length of time my refund has been held up, and the frustration of the whole ordeal . I have been a customer for many years, but no longer.

Wish I could rate zero..never received leggings

Wish I could rate zero...still waiting for leggings that according to Roman's I received on 12/6. I never got them and now I have to wait for them to send me a form in order to get a refund. Leggings were ordered 3 weeks. I will never order from this company again!

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH ROAMANS!!!!

I ordered an item and received two notices that it had been shipped with different shipping numbers. I went to my bank account and they had debited my account twice and sent the same item twice. I called Customer service And was told I needed to return the duplicated item to be refunded. I explained that I live on Social Security security and have had eye surgery, use a walker and oxygen and I could not return it immediately so the girl I was talking to said she talked to her manager and since it was their fault they would refund my account within 3 to 5 days and I would have 60 days to return the duplicate as soon as I can drive. It has been a week and no refund so I called again and the girl I spoke with lied to me and I was told they will not refund until they receive the second one back. This is a big hit to my bank account but they don’t care even though this is their fault!!

RUN FROM COMENITY BANK & THOSE WHO USE THEIR CREDIT CARD

Roamans issued 4 refunds on 6/28/22 according to their customer service. However, only 2 refunds have appeared on their credit card through Comenity Bank. Roamans customer service said I have to call Comenity Bank to clear this up, I called Comenity Bank and there is recording, one can't speak to a person. I contacted them through the message system and they claim they will get back in 48 hrs. It has been 4 days and I've not received a message. They have not refunded my money either. I laid out fo in detail with order numbers, dates, amounts due in the message. In addition, Roaman customer service was so difficult it took 1.5 hrs min get through this complicated problem because the Phillipino didn't comprehend English as well as needed to solve this problem. Her accent was so heavy time was wasted in her repeating things on both ends. It was such a laborious process to the point of ridiculous. There is no way to fix this problem at this point. I've decided I will deduct the amount myself from my next payment Roamans/Comenity Bank and close the account. I will contest it with the Credit Bureau and Better Business Bureau if they report me. I have 5 different credit cards that use Comenity Bank and I am cancelling all of them after this. RUN FROM THIS BANK. Do not get a store credit card if it uses this bank. Use your visa or mastercard instead to make purchases. I wish I had done that. Lesson learned. This is left such a sour taste in my mouth I don't want to shop at this store again.

Roamans lies about shipping status and expedited shipping is a joke

I purchased a dress from Roamans website and paid a ridiculous $30 (had no choice as it’s a gift and I’m traveling soon) expedited fee so I can receive the dress in two days. The dress was supposed to arrive today. Every time I check the order status it says “not shipped”. Customer service is condescending and straight out lie to their customers. I paid extra for expedited shipping and want my item. To those reading, Do not order from their site, they are very dishonest. Roaman’s, You either send my item asap, expedited or I will contact my credit card company and get a refund. Order Number: 40034683446

SHOPPER’S BEWARE

I never thought I’d be writing a bad review of Roaman’s .. I used to love them. But, SHOPPER’S BEWARE .. I recently went to their site on line and put 2 blouses that they advertised on sale in the shopping cart. The advertisement said that the sale would expire in 5 days. I went back the following day to make the purchase and the price had gone up $5. Actually, it said “From” $29.99. I clicked on my size and it went up to $34.99!!! None of the clothes I’ve bought there had prices “starting from..”
Weren’t they a faith-based store? Obviously not.
There are plenty of other places to buy clothes, AND the clothes will arrive a 100 times faster. Roaman’s takes forever and a day to process your order and send it to you.
This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them, but it will be the last.

Not Sure Yet

I got a catalog in the mail but I didn’t notice it’s mostly a plus size company. I ordered jeans which I was pleased with but everything else I was disappointed in. I don’t have the catalog anymore. A dress labeled 14W looked like a sack on me and the fabric was too heavy. A bra which was the wrong size had a stain on it. I’m sending the stuff back that I don’t like and I’m not sure if I will be ordering from them again. I called customer service and got a real nice lady who answered my questions.

Don't waste your money!!!!

I'd give them a zero star if I could!! When you order 3 or more items they split the order and charge you double shipping and say its due to some things being backordered. That's BS!!! Be very careful with returning anything.... Even if its 2 days, they say, past the 60 day limit. I called and all she did was repeat "it's 60 day limit". The attitude was very indignant!!! Hard not to be aggravated when I've been a long time customer. This isn't the first time, its happened quite a bit but I never thought to review them until now. They've taken enough of my money I'm done with them!

I received defective items multiple…

I received defective items multiple times. Most of the defects are seams that were never sewn together, but there are have been weak seams or holes.
These clothes are extremely expensive. I paid $60 for a shirt that immediately unraveled when I put it on.
The response from customer service is always an offer for a $5 off coupon or they'll let me return it but I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee (it figures they would restock a defective item). I'm pretty sure that's illegal considering the sale was an agreement for the exchange of my money for an item described as as usable and intact.
In the past, the material quality has been on par with Walmart clothing, but now walmart is actually higher quality. Walmart actually has started offering clothes even fuller figures than before.
Roamans clearly charges asinine prices because they feel they have a monopoly on this market. Until recently, I didn't know where else to shop. Also, they would not allow any negative review from me on their page. The reviews that I wrote were not emotional or rude, simple factual and detailed. Goodbye, Roamans, you insulting, abusive thieves.

after being a loyal and good paying…

after being a loyal and good paying customer for all these years, each time there was an issue i had not results that were satisfactory. I was patient in the amount of time they take to deliver yet they dont let you have the option to cancel their delays which by the way are MANY! The first issue was frustrating with unsatisfactory results, 2nd more frustrating and 3rd means its over. I shop with amazon prime, always accomadating with issues and satisfies the issues fairly, allows cancellation and returns your money when they are delaying. so who needs a company that is reluctant to help aand resolve issues fairly and promptly, and if you try to talk to someone it takes a very long time, keep the charger close by and chat online is a joke. GOOD BYE FOREVER!
