Smooth communication, great service, highly recommended

We contacted RoamHertravel to organize 3 private, daily trips while in Thailand.
The communication with Kirti was super smooth, clear and efficient. Every tailor made adjustment was considered and even alternative options to the "default" schedule were promptly proposed.
Once in Thailand, the communication with our guides was super easy as well, we were able to propose some adjustment to the timetables based on our visiting pace and the local guides provided us good suggestions on which adjustments we could have made.
The transportation used for the trips was comfortable and of high quality and the drivers were professionals and kind. I would recommend this agency to anyone visiting Thailand and looking for a more tailor made trip, in a private fashion.
We did the following trips:
- Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai
- Chiang Mai to Sukhothai
- Bangkok to Ayutthaya
