Bought a bunch of smart switches, one would not pair. No problem replacement.

Bought products which were on coupon promo, forgot to apply the coupon. Got a very good personalised promo coupon for my next purchase.

Ordered multiple things from this company, as I have a business installing smart systems for restaurants. Around 10% of the items arrive not working and they don't offer free returns. Other suppliers are much more reliable.

Thumbs up for Robbshop (again!). I was confronted with devices not performing as expected, after simple and straightforward discussion with a specialist, I was suggested to start RMA with free return and few days later replacement devices arrived. Good job Robbshop!

I would like to place a 5-star review for ROBBshop as they proved to me that they care about their customers a lot.
I had an issue with some smart modules and at first, they replaced faulty ones with a free and easy return method. Later on, replaced modules also went faulty and they started to investigate the cause of problems directly with their supplier. A few days later, after they researched the issues by themselves, they managed to identify the same issue. They immediately removed that item from their store, so nobody else would get the same issue.
There is another thing they stepped in to help me. One of the modules managed to damage my motor and they even refunded me for the cost of replacement.

I would also like to thank mr. Marcel van Gool from their team who took the case over and took care of it. The case is still in process, but I have no doubts about it as they proved they really care about their customers and this is the way it should be done in every shop.

I fully recommend the shop as you could be worries-free about the items and quality of items as they really care about everything.

I bought EzViz Video intercom DB1 (price 134.95) two days later I found the same intercom in media markt for 95 euro. I asked for a refund (I received confirmation that they have received the product back) and I'm waiting for refund money from over a month.
They do not reply to e-mails.

Even langs gereden en Tado thermostaat opgehaald. Prima bediening en uitleg. Thermostaat werkt overigens prima.

Item as described, I ordered this module, it was delivered super fast from the Netherlands and is working spot on.

Fast delivery but maybe more important good and clear website with instructions. And when you have a question they answer it quickly by phone or per mail. And customer service is everything. Continue like this!
