The ordering was easy, the price was right and the choice of colors for the personalization was great. They arrived nicely packaged and the towels feel good and the names look great at the bottom of the towels.

Robes are great, no communication when emailed though.

It said one size fits all but it was tiny and unwearable by an adult male.

I placed an order for robes for my bridal party and myself. Robemart packed the order wrong and shorted me 1 robe. I called to explain to them my wedding was that Friday and I needed the replacement robe or I needed to return all the robes because we needed them for pictures. It took me going through 3 different people to finally get them to say they would ship it but of course they didn’t ship it until the day I actually needed the robe. I asked for a full refund and I would ship them the robes back since we couldn’t use them but of course it was silent and never heard from them again. Also the youth robes fit like shirts instead of robes on the kids. Overall I will just go to Etsy or Amazon before going through this company ever again.

I own a day spa and it is ALWAYS a great experience when I order from RobeMart! Their products are fantastic and certainly a good value for the money. I am a long time customer, and will continue to be a customer for all my robe needs!

I I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Robert it has been over two weeks I still have not received my purchase it has been very hard to communicate with anyone from the company and I am generally very disappointed I was hoping this would be a much better experience.

Love this new robe ... great quality, good price and excellent delivery. My new robe is soft and wonderful even after a wash. Will definitely order from them again.

Very easy to order and was delivered very fast

Avoid buying from Robemart, unless you want to receive cheap junk and deal with completely unresponsive customer service. The robe I received was cheaply made, with fuzz that falls off every time you touch the robe. It sheds big pieces of lint everywhere and fuzz covers whatever clothing you're wearing underneath it. It's not even usable. I've emailed Robemart twice about it and they've ignored my emails. If I could give them a rating of zero stars, I would.

I bought a set of white towels. It came with 2xface towels, 2x hand towels and 2x bath towels. They are very thick, soft, plush and of great quality. I washed them several times and they really hold up great! I wash them warm, with persil pro clean and downy. Highly recommended!

The towels I ordered are wonderful. Great sizes. Very soft. The color..dark gray...has held up well to several washes. And towels absorb very well. My family really likes these towels.

Robemart is a dishonest company with false advertisement and poor customer service. Originally they described their kimono robes as 95% cotton and 5% spandex, but when I received the robe the label stated 95% cotton and 5% polyester. When I later wrote a review on their website and spoke to William(the guy that answered the phone) I told him that their description of the robe was false advertisement. He disputed it, but I had already took a screenshot to prove it just in case of descrepency. He went in and changed it from 5% spandex to 5% polyester on the description without acknowledging that it was a mistake. Just trying to tell me that I was mistaking/lying in-so-many-words. When he/Robemart is the liar!! That shows their dishonesty and that they wrote 5% spandex on purpose in order to sell the robes; because most people do not like polyester. Polyester is a cheap synthetic material that makes you sweat!! I would not have ordered it if I knew it had polyester in it. Not only that, William emailed me a fake return label. It didn't even have a UPC code/label or any way to scan for info or tracking. Just a dishonorable and disreputable company!! I had to call back and he emailed me a real label that time. Just more waste of my time and money😖 If Robemart doesn't refund my money and deducts the shipping fee from my refund, I will involve my bank because I recorded all the conversations and have screenshots as proof!!!! WHOA!!!!! I JUST WENT BACK ON ROBEMART's WEBSITE AND NOTICED THAT THEY DID NOT POST MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH ME GIVING ONLY 1 STAR AND EXPRESSING MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR DISHONESTY IN DESCRIBING THE MATERIAL FOR THE KIMANO ROBE. WHICH THEY CHANGED ON 8/11/21 WHICH IS THE SAME DAY I POSTED MY REVIEW MOMENTS PRIOR!!! THEY EVEN FALSIFIED MY REVIEW!!!!! THEY HAVE A FAKE WRITTEN REVIEW WITH 5 STARS IN MY FULL NAME!!!! HOW DARE THEY!!!! I JUST MIGHT CONTACT AN ATTORNEY!!!! THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL!!!! DON'T TRY TO CHANGE IT NOW, ROBEMART; YOU'RE NOT ROBESMART!!!! I ALREADY TOOK A SCREENSHOT FOR PROOF!!!! I absolutely love this robe, its so soft and feels great on my skin. Has beautiful colors to choose from. Makes for a great gift for any occasion!

The kimonos were wondeful and they were delivered faster than expected. I gave them out as gifts at my spa party. My family and friends loved them. I had them personalized such a special touch!
