I’ve been buying cleaning supplies from Robert Scott’s for around 15 years now, 12 years of which I was a buyer for a company which used to play the field for their supplies, with no end of issues and problems.
When I decided to set up my own business in 2014, I went straight to Robert Scott. I have not purchased anything from any other company, and my business has grown 40% per year every year.
We get no complaints regarding the quality and the price is well suited in the market. No wonder they are the market leaders 😊. The sales staff are friendly, and knowledgeable, and they are not pushy on sales like some of the companies we used to deal with.
If you are a Manchester-based company they have a showroom, which you can show your customers around, and we’ve even been able to borrow equipment to show the end-user. They have a fast turnaround from point of order to delivery, thinking about it, we order three times a week, and I can’t remember when they last short-shipped me, it certainly wasn’t this year.
