Disrespectful and rude

After reading these google reviews I am truly shocked at any positive feedback whatsoever. My boyfriend is currently renting from Robert Alan and I can honestly say it is the worst treatment he's ever received as a tenant. I'm unsure whether this company gives their landlords better treatment than their tenants but I would stay away from them at all costs. The lack fo respect shown by particularly Robert himself is disgusting, with the tenants continuously blamed for issues with the house in the rudest manner. These tenants will be leaving the house and Robert Alan agents as soon as is possible.
