I ordered a gargoyle garden ornament from this company. The quality was very poor to say the least, so ended up sending the item back.
The company sent me a picture on receipt of the gargoyle and claimed it had been smashed in transit, but mysteriously had disposed of all packaging. This could of course identified miss-handling of the package during transit. When I questioned them regarding this and other issues, they were very 'cagey'! They knew the system inside out regarding postage, responsibility etc. Always protecting themselves and not the buyer! This seemed odd and very, very suspicious!
The mind wanders in directions how they could have avoided a refund and placed the whole onus on myself and left me considerably out of pocket, both for the dismal quality of the product and postage costs. So here I am without a refund and had to pay a considerable amount on full postage to send the item back to them. I've lost everything, whilst they have gained everything! Nice...NOT!
Buy from them at your own risk! I wouldn't touch them again with a 10 foot bargepole! These people obviously think I've just come out my mother's womb!
Disgusting, despicable service! Avoid at all costs...!!!
