We are located in Germany. The communication went very well, we got always an quick and qualified reply. The Team was super supportive and helped us to design the perfect solution.
Everything regarding shippment of the furniture went well. Well preserved pieces arrived unharmed in Germany, on time. The assembly on our side was very easy.

Stuart's craft is beautiful. He was incredibly helpful with building the laptop stand that I wanted, to spec. It's a wonderful piece, very sturdy and the wood is beautiful!

Having previously purchased a bookcase and desk for my study, I saw the trays for use in an armchair and bed. The dimensions were not correct for my parents’ chairs, so I contacted Stuart to discuss. He was really helpful in discussing my requirements and set about making the trays bespoke. Not only is the look, feel and quality of the items excellent, the close communication and feedback really makes the whole experience extremely pleasant. I shall certainly be back for more! Great customer service, we bought benches for the garden, they are sturdy and strong and look fantastic. Easy instructions to put together and quick delivery. We bought our item a couple of years ago and it is still looking as new, it stays out all year round with a cover for winter.

I ordered a room divider and cannot fault it in anyway. The product is beautiful and very high quality, I always get compliments. I had a couple of queries about how to choose the correct height and the team came back to me straight away and were more than happy to help with anything I needed. I also needed the divider sooner than they could usually deliver but they made every effort to make sure I had it as soon as possible. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I ordered some room dividers from Robert Rose. The instructions on how to measure where very clear and the help and guidance was excellent. Commication was great upto and around arranging delivery. The dividers around on time and fit perfectly. Probably most importantly they look amazing and have had no issues with them. They were also VERY competitively prices. Recommend 💯.
