Never revived my package I guess they didn’t like what I ordered and kept sending me emails suggesting a different products the order was canceled these guys are assholes don’t buy these products

This is a routine part of our service, particularly for customers based in the United States, where we proactively aim to minimise the risk of unnecessary return shipping costs should the sizing differ from expectations. While full product dimensions are clearly provided on all of our product pages, we recognise that this information can occasionally be overlooked. Our correspondence was intended solely to help you confirm the correct sizing of your cutlery and to allow for any necessary amendments prior to dispatch. We are disappointed that this was interpreted as a suggestion to purchase alternative products, as this was not the case. Following our second communication, you requested cancellation of your order, which was processed promptly. We take customer experience very seriously and are disappointed that, despite our efforts to assist proactively, this has resulted in a negative perception.
