You have solved the issue of having separate rings for my 3 doorbells and I I request a return, you ignore my request.

The fit and finish on the new proline hd is fantastic and worth every cent.

I appreciated that the Robin team contacted me about the order and clarified the details to ensure everything was correct.

We did have our order disappear into the vagaries of international shipping but Robin were exceptional in organising an additional order and then keeping track of it every step of the way. Problems sometimes happen and it is a true measure of how they deal with it, with this being a fantastic example of what to do.

This doorbell has been a significant upgrade from my previous (and relatively high performing) Logitech doorbell. I love the design of this doorbell and the features that are exposed via the HomeKit API. There are only two small things that could make this doorbell better: first, the color temperature of the LEDs on the nameplate and the LEDs in the frame do not match. It is quite minor, but if you're spending this much on a doorbell, you're probably already a perfectionist. Second, I prefer the taller aspect ratio of my previous Logitech doorbell and I wish that this doorbell had the ability to support multiple aspect ratios. I've attempted to adjust the "crop" setting to no avail.

Intelligent product, matching Apple HomeKit, very fast and helpful support, everything went good.

Best video doorbell I ever had works perfect with HomeKit secure Video. Tried netatmo and Aqara and both didn’t work stable over a longer period.
Robin support is awesome - only needed it one time they responded in a few minutes not hours or days like the other.

From ordering to installation, everything was perfect. Works as it should. Plus, it's a beautiful object.

Great doorbell great support just a little bit too pricy

Shipping and delivery is faxt and correct.
The device does what it describes but the sound quality is rather poor in both directions (volume too low) and there's quite some tweaking involved to get everything working.

Absolutely love the camera. Very solid design. Easy enough to hardwire to your house mesh (helps if you have one or 2 Apple speakers. Currently fiddling with the chime option ... run the wires, I'll figure it out.

I have 3 Robin doorbell cameras installed. They are stylish and functional. The Homekit functionality has worked very well. I am installing two more at my office

Before I decided to purchase a Robin.nl door bell I called the support phone number and asked hundreds of questions. The colleague from Robin.nl - Frank - answered everything and explained even the smallest details I needed to know. After the call I received also a lot of documentation material and additional information by e-mail. That was really impressive and very professional. Of course I purchased the door bell! The product is really a high quality good! It looks and feels very solid. From my perspective it's definitely an outstanding door bell with no competition on the market :-)

I made a mistake purchasing the Robin ProLine Compact, when I actually needed the Robin ProLine. Returning the Compact and then switching into the full size version, together with a custom personalisation for the new item, was achieved with no hassle. Really friendly and efficient customer service throughout. I’m really impressed!

I had Robin Pro DoorBell for more than half a year now and I'm very happy with the device. I didn't connect the buzzer physically, but when someone rings my HomePod Mini rings, so there was no need for wired buzzer.
The ringing shows on my Apple TV, HomePod Mini rings, my iPhone, Apple Watch, etc.
Becuase it is listed with nearby accessory I can open the doors or garage doors (for mailman when they deliver a package and I'm not at home).
Installation worked perfectly (I agree that having RJ45 port on the back would make it even easier).
I do miss IR sensor.

High quality product that offers wired connection although it’s hard to connect de cable. Great to have it in apple HomeKit but would be great to have other types of notification options. Not just a notification but a ring on the phone maybe. Nice to have the option to connect a wired chime

The installation process is a joke. instead of having a standard RJ-45 connector for the ethernet cable attachment to the device, you have to thread 8 separate strands of the ethernet cable into a punchdown block. I did this on my desk with tweezers. I don't know how someone standing outside while installing this into place will do this... I originally had a Doorbird, they did kind of the same thing, but at least the 8 separate wires were connected to the device, and you need to crimp them together.

I can't stress this enough, use and RJ-45 connector. Shaking my head at this obvious oversight

The HomeKit integration works great. Once pressed, the notification goes to every HomeKit device in the house. AppleTV, HomePods, iPhone, iPad and Macs, and AppleWatch too!
