Love the new Checking and Savings…
Love the new Checking and Savings accounts for banking that pay you back. However it lacks the full interface (either in the app or web) to manage the accounts beyond the basics. Hopefully Robinhood will work on that soon.

The only reason I stopped using…
The only reason I stopped using Robinhood is because I was always tempted to and did use the prediction markets while checking my stocks. I went there to make money…not lose it! :) So, I am now with Ameriprise.

I think Robinhood changed my life. I appreciate my account and all the services Robinhood has to offer. Trading has changed me forever and it would not be possible without Robinhood. Problem remains unsolved
I have encountered an malfunction issue on Rh banking app, it’s been a week now and communicated with about 7 assistants (virtual and real person), repeated the issue several times, was given the same trouble shooting guidelines wordings, no concrete solution and no progress updates. When I asked for updates, was promised to get some on weekdays, nothing received. Problem remains.

I love Robinhood
I love Robinhood, both me and my best friend use it everyday. It’s grown our accounts ten-fold since before we started using it. I also have the Robinhood Gold card (credit) and that’s been beautiful. I have tried to use RH Banking but until theirs an auto bill pay feature I won’t be using it, especially since my job declined to use RH routing numbers for direct deposit (Adecco Staffing Agency). Otherwise the investment side is superb.

Very Honest feedback is, Robinhood app is very user friendly and easy to navigate and use.
But the bad part is, I have seen many times robinhood, didn't execute orders in price even they are showing. Option execution is very bad. Other trading companies, they execute options even for better price for their customers.
