This company is misleading

This company is misleading! They do not follow the policies they state on their own website. When shopping for swimwear, I won’t buy anything final sale online. When I went to do a return, they rejected my return saying I was returning a final sale item. It was NOT final sale when I bought it, but it was marked down before I went to return it, and it became final sale. People that bought it full price now get flagged for the item being final sale. That’s not right. Online, their return policy clearly states 30 days. 30 days. However, their packing slip says 14 days. They caused me to have a panic attack when I saw that, because nothing fit, but I hadn’t tried it on in the first two weeks of having it because we had company. Again, I feel like they tried to trick me. Then when I submitted the return, it said to send it back within three weeks. Then they emailed me saying I needed to send it that day. I had already sent it, but I feel like that was another mixed message. Then I emailed them three times about issues with my orders, and they never responded. Then, their return policy says they issue refunds within five days. Based on my tracking numbers, they have had the package for over a week and have not refunded me yet. And my most minor complaint is that they say items have “2 left” or something, and then they cancel the item when you order it. They cancelled all of the bottoms I wanted, which made the tops useless. Hence needing a return. Their size guide is also off, which is the other reason I needed the return policy. All in all, shopping here was a very bad experience.
