Kelly at Robinson Hornsby was knowledgeable about the home and the property market. She always answered my calls and emails promptly and if she didn’t know an answer made the effort to find out. When I needed anything from the rest of the team they were always very helpful too.

Vicki was absolutely fabulous for us from start to finish, no matter where we were in the process she assisted us all the way through. Could not recommend highly enough,

Ask Chris and Isobel. I'd be astonished if they've genuinely forgotten – unless, of course, problems like mine happen so often that individual cases just blur together. That alone tells potential clients everything they need to know about how this company operates.I don't appreciate being lied to. Don't tell me this never happened as some kind of business tactic to brush me aside and attract more victims. I have call logs, emails, and a 6‑hour drive back from London to prove it. Stop pretending."

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. I made the mistake of hiring this agency to sell our house because we had previously bought the property through them (and they helped us win with the highest bid at the time). I assumed they would do the same for us as sellers. Unfortunately, they screwed up very badly.

First, we found out our own house was already listed on the market before they even told us. No heads-up, no communication.

Then came the day of viewings. Out of nowhere, Isobel called to say that most of their staff were away on holiday, so they couldn’t do the viewings – and we, as the sellers, had to step in and handle them ourselves. Keep in mind, Chris had personally assured us that the agency would handle all viewings. We were in London that day and had to cancel important meetings, then drive 6 hours back through heavy traffic. And after all that, many viewings ended up being cancelled anyway. We lost all momentum in the sales process.

Worst of all? They never apologized. The only response from them was to blame the market.

After three months, I decided to terminate our contract – even though I still had to pay the photography fee. Speaking of the photographer: he was utterly unprofessional. He refused to take off his shoes after being asked repeatedly. I had to insist three times before he finally did, and even then, no apology. The photos he took were terrible, the editing was shockingly poor, and we had to redo them at least three times.

I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone – whether you're selling or renting. Being in the real estate industry for a long time does not mean they are good or experienced. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

A very professional team that was always on call to address any concerns or arrange visits to the property. They kept me informed of all party's interested in the property. The staff on occasions attended at the property to facilitate entry for the completion. A good and efficient sales team

o disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back

The delay is down to you being biased as you are also selling the ladies house!
You do not care that it is being delayed as you have already sold her house so you do not want us to get involved and sell mums house through another estate agent. This is fact it’s been 14 weeks already and no where near done

I have just sold my house with Robinson Hornsby and from the first call, i have encountered nothing but professional and friendly staff. Vicky in particular helped me through the viewings and the sale process, with regular updates and feedback and made the whole thing so simple. I also need to mention Natalie who came to value my house and was very informative.

We were buying and selling at the same time and as we were in a chain the process seemed to take forever. However, throughout this extremely stressful time the staff at Robinson Hornsby were always there to answer queries and to move the process along as fast as possible. They all did a great job with a particular mention for Nicola who handled our sale and purchase professionally and empathetically.

Really good experience both buying a house and selling our property with Robinson Hornsby. We found they take a personal approach, are friendly and efficient. Their valuation of our house seemed sensible given market circumstances and it was advertised quickly. Viewings were arranged within 20 minutes of it being advertised and had sold within a week. We couldn’t have asked for more. They have also been helpful, answering questions quickly, since our sale and purchase completed. Thank you!

If you have a property to sell in the Doncaster area this is the agent to use. The entire team are very helpful and friendly. I dealt directly and largely with Vicki who over a period of months in a tricky and challenging market provided excellent support and advice based on her local knowledge and experience and on more than one occasion went above and beyond to help me and resolve issues that could have delayed the sale. I can't recommend RH highly enough.
