Avoid Robinson Interiors at all costs - they are thieves and liars.

Robinson Interiors have become lying thieves. I can see from all the reviews that they are taking your money and then not delivering the goods. In my case - after spending thousands of pounds with them over the years - they delivered wrong sized bed promised to collect it and give me a full refund. Never happened/ lots of lies. I think there may be a company connection with the Jockey Club so it might be worth asking in that direction... there are a lot of very very unhappy customers who have been robbed out there. We should all try and get the money that is owed to us

SCAM ALERT

I ordered a Wallis and Gambier bed stead from this company in February and paid full amount in advance of delivery. Total of £950. Robinsons Interiors were very helpful and were OK to hold the item until ready for call off. At point of call off i have been ghosted. Web site is down and company landline now not working either. Have written to the one remaining active director and got a read receipt but no response. Avoid and do not use this company as you are likely to get scammed. Incident logged with Action Fraud.

Would use again in the future

I placed an order on the 7th August 2023 and received the furniture within the promised delivery time.
The bed was put up for us and all packaging taken away with minimum fuss.

Always happy with the service that i…

Always happy with the service that i have received from Robinsons, furniture competitively priced compared to other retailers selling the same brand (Willis & Gambier).
The delivery was delayed from the manufacturer and communication could have been a little better although al in all really pleased. Will definitely look up again when other furniture needed.

Have paid for goods not supplied.…

I phoned Robinsons up early May 2023 and ordered and paid for some Willis and Gambier Ivory items amounting to nearly £500. I have not received them, and have e mailed and phoned numerous times. No replies to either. How can he get away with this? It’s theft to take money and not deliver goods.

I understand you have experienced…

We've still had zero response from Mike Robinson since he took our money, the telephone is only ever on answerphone and there's never any response to messages. Emails go unanswered. Strange there's a sudden rash of positive comments. I can only assume these are fake reviews by MB as he tries to sucker in more unfortunate customers..

I understand you have experienced suffering at this time. I appreciate this is possible like me. I have a Grade 4 Terminal Tumour we would really appreciate if you could respond to our paid for Furniture. Thanking you in advice.

I paid £709 to Robinsons interiors in…

I paid £709 to Robinsons interiors on 26th January they still haven’t delivered the Wallis and Gambier Bed
I have left many messages on his answering machine and sent messages by email but he does not respond.
He is completely ignoring me.
This has been a shocking experience.
I hope the police will get involved with this thieving fraudster.

I will be in contact with the VAT office if i don’t receive a refund within 3 days.

After contacting my bank the payment I thought I was making to Robinsons Interiors was paid into a company called Mill Accessories.
I am going to contact Rip Off Britain and also Natalie Cornah of the BBC .

DO NOT USE

Ordered a Willis & Gambier bed from Robinsons in April - multiple delivery promises not met, doesn't answer phone calls or respond to emails. We have requested a refund, but no response.

AVOID using this website and this company they will simply take your money.

Either deliver the bed we have paid for or issue a full refund.

Willis & Gambier - why are you still doing business with Robinsons? Needless to say, this does not look good for you still recommending them as a stockist

Don't use this company as it can't be…

Don't use this company as it can't be trusted .
I bought and paid £1500.00 by credit card for a french style bed which was supposed to be in stock.
Loads of delays and lame excuses as to why the delivery was late.
Then no more contact able.
We gave Mike plenty of chances to correct but no. So section 75 claim now with Visa.
This is not the first time he has conned people. There is a far better French bed company who blows Robinson's out of the water for service.
You have been Warned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUD. Ordered and paid for furniture and now ghosted. Do not use this company. Failed to respond to emails and now chasing unanswered emails and phone calls for a refund for goods ordered 6m ago.

Refund not being paid as promised.

I have used Robinsons a lot in the past and always found them to be very good. But this time have had problems. They owe me a sizeable refund of nearly £400 and have been promising to repay me now for weeks... nothing is forthcoming though and am now at the end of my tether .. anyone else had similar problems ? If they pay up as promised I will withdraw these comments and return to thinking they are /were very good ... but am fed up of being told I am going to be paid and nothing ever happens.
