Very disappointed, they are back in the 20th century similar to the games graphic offered, it clearly doesn’t fit adults but now they are ruling out their only target audience who are happy to jump all day like in the 80s.

Account hacked and all of daughter’s pets taken. Raised a ticket. 4 days in now and no response. They genuinely don’t care. I can’t think of another site where you would raise a fraud and they don’t bother replying.

The moderation also requires urgent improvements from the staff, displaying explicit content not appropriate for their targeted audience (i.e. children under 13) and the teachings are rubbish. Children under 13 shouldn't be dating online or in real life. Their chat filters tolerate inappropriate content and ban innocent players who said "yes" or "no" or "she's hacking".

The overall experience of the game itself was laggy and it experienced frequent downtime, which needs improvement from their data department, although the wide variety of models and games was a positive note. It also has billions of users, but most unfortunately being alts or bots (particularly those being used for scamming or other illicit purposes).

The overall rating was a strong Grade 1 due to local laws being breached, inappropriate content, and it has a weak team and weak servers. It's motto is Powering Imagination but I see, Powering Dictatorship and Money.

Roblox support does not read fully and just give you half hearted responses. I tried my best to get my username which was not even used but the filter was bugging. I contacted them and they just said you have to wait till the username filter gets updated. Just to see an account show up with the username I wanted that was somehow made years ago. It's seems suspicious because I searched up the username and nothing showed before.

I have been playing rob lox for 6 years . And it was amazing until around 2021 . Roblox has gone fully downhill . There is loads of BULLYING, DATING, AND INAPPROPRIATE GAMES AND LANGUAGE. If your kids play this, I recommend them sticking to games such as ROYALE HIGH, or obbys. I don’t recommend games like da hood, adopt me, or things like that cause they are Full of scammers and hackers . ALSO I RECOMMEND YOUR KIDS PLAYING CAFE GAMES AS THEY ARE REALLY CALM AND DONE HAVE ANY RUDE PEOPLE!

Roblox is a fun game. Lots are children are playing it now. But it's not safe! Roblox has hackers, people dating, and murder games. Roblox just isn't safe for kids anymore.

I haven't logged in for a short period and when I try to use my email address or my phone number to receive the code for resetting my pass nothing happened . I checked everywhere even my spam folder nothing . And at start it didn't wanted to take the email address saying it's an error try later but I know the servers work . It's absolutely Ming boggling how these guys are still makeing it .I would totally shut down
everything . What a waste of money....and by the way it's not me being creepy it's me playing with my son in Roblox that's my only reason I created my account . So sleep well tonight it's not another creep....

support that do something and pprotect the childeren using this platform, if we live in a justic world,those people behinde this platform and people who work for this platform must be in jail

Horrible customer support!they only communicated through emails so a phone nnumber for a live support agent to listen to you impossible , you can loss alot of money in this platform and they can easy block you ,steal your money ,
so just a scam .
All of the customer service reps were very unprofessional, very inconsiderate & very rude! But it's really easy when you're spending your money with them, no issues at all when it comes to that!
