roboforex is one of the worst brokers out there. There is no customer service and if there is most of the time and for almost every question you will get an answer that it is under review. Reliability level aspires to zero, I personally filed a complaint against them for deleting my balance without notice or justifiable reason. be careful

After using RoboForex for a considerable amount of time, I strongly advise against using this broker. Here’s why:
1. Ridiculous withdrawal commissions: They try to mask it by offering two free withdrawals per month on random days, but if you need access to your money outside of those limited windows, you’re hit with outrageous fees. It’s almost like they’re holding your money hostage unless you play by their changing rules.
2. USDT/USD scam: Out of all the brokers I’ve tried (and I’ve tested nearly 10), RoboForex is the only one where USDT is not equal to USD. Withdraw $5,000, and you get 4,974 USDT. Deposit 5,000 USDT, and guess what? You receive 4,974 USD. They’re skimming off the top both ways.
3. Unbearable swap charges: RoboForex is bleeding accounts dry with their absurdly high swaps. They charge almost double what most brokers do in commissions or slippage, and while many brokers offer swap-free accounts, RoboForex seems to take pride in draining their clients with sky-high fees.

Used this broker for quite some time after old brokers stopped trading in uk. Easy to take money from many different bank cards. The only time I try to withdraw It gets rejected. Won’t let me take out any funds I’ve deposited with the exact same card.. don’t use this site please check reviews on brokers before using them…
after hearing back from customer services my 1 star review would be 0 if that was possible.
They will let you deposit as much as you like with any credit/debit card but as I deposited with a business card which I no longer have access to I can’t withdraw anything. Not even money I have deposited with other bank cards. Company is a total scam with fake reviews all over trust pilot. STAY AWAY!

Hi Guys. I joined roboforex couple months ago using their cent account mainly. I was reading here loads of bad reviews and to be honest many of them related non-withhdrawal are really because people dont know spred goes high when news are out and market is mental nad rollover to next day.
I was really concetrating on those reviews with withdraval therefore i was bit worried. I have to say i tried to witdraw last night some money to my card and it took aroud 12h to get there. Also tried their binance pay and took like hour or two to reach my account so all good. Can't say really anything negative.. Accounts are secure. Roboforex privde us with 2 way verification (MFA) option for login to your account and also for withdraval. If you dont enable it they you account could be at risk i guess if your password is compromised. Can't say anything bad really. You have to be verified user so ID and address verification is must for any broker! So get verified then i guess you shouldnt have issues of withdrawing but never know i speak on my experience so far. I would definitelly update review if any obvious issues caused by RF. There is a fact some banks decling money coming from financial company. I used to depolit with revolut with IC Markets but money never arrived because revolut was refusing it. So be aware it is not broker fault if some bank wont accept money from some istitutions. I guess to test it is to deposit small and try withdraving but binance pay seems to be good with with roboforex.
Also i am this trading telegram group and asked other members if they with Roboforex and one replied and said that he is with RF 2 years and no issues.

Won't let me withdraw my $43k, zero communication
I've been using Roboforex since December 2023 and had almost $70k in there at one point.
Withdrew $14k on the 05.09.24 without issue (paid the commission as i needed the funds urgently).
Requested another withdrawal of $43k on 17.09.24. They raised a support ticket saying i needed to provide another proof of address, which i did 7 minutes after them requesting it.
Since then i've had no updates at all on the support ticket, despite me asking again on the 19.09.24 if they had received it.
It has now been 2 weeks and i've still not had a reply or my money. I feel like they are holding onto my money for no good reason.
You need to update your clients! You can't stop people withdrawing their own money when i've provided what you asked for.
I've had sleepless nights worrying about this. I really trusted Roboforex, but this is very unfair and unethical to treat their clients like this.

The reason orders are executed in the way you describe is that Stop orders (including Stop Out) are executed at the prices that are available at the moment of execution. Processing the order takes some time, so if the price changes within that time, the actual execution price will be different from the price set in the order. Those slippages are rare when the markets are calm and liquid, but may reach significant values in the events of low liquidity, or high volatility when the prices move in a rapid and unstable manner.
In this specific case, it must be noted that the order was executed at 8PM that day, which as you know was right at the time when macroeconomic news were out in the USA. This kind of events always leads to rapid price surges, price gaps and unfortunately the likelihood of this sort of execution.
The broker has to incur the costs of the negative balance at the provider and as cuh can not be expected to cover them when one specifically trades around this time.
sehr schade ! Entweder die Software von roboforex wird verbessert oder nicht an wichtigen Terminen handeln ! Also AUFPASSEN! Nicht zu empfehlen

The best broker I've ever used
The best broker I've ever used. Perfect app, all trades are immediatelly processed and the customer support is always pleasant and helpful. I would especially highlight Czech support and Mr. Alex, that guy is the most pleasant guy I've ever met. I don't understand negative reviews about withdrawals below. I had never ever issue. If there are some issues it would be probably with some withdrawal limit that have transfer companies, your banks etc. Nothing to do with RoboForex. Or if you put money in then you close one trade and then you want to withdraw all your funds then it smells like you want to "clean" your money. There is AML regulation (Anti Money Laundering) that is released by EU and if you do so strange transactions then you cannot be suprised that there are any issues. So if you are looking for a trustworthy broker with good spreads, friendly app and perfect customer support you should go there!

This is a very bad app
This is a very bad app, I tried to adjust the SL, after putting in the numbers I clicked save. But the app did not respond. So I tried clicking save multiple times, to my surprise the app itself wrote the current price of the forex pair on the TP section and saved it, which took me out of the trade immediately

Clown company at its finest. I registered and submitted my documents to verify : passport, driving license, some photo/video record of my face, latest bank statement with my adress and name and phone bill with my name and andress. They keep rejecting and asking ..you read it right - for CV!!! Like i am applying for job in their company. All above are not enough to verify i am not fake scam. But CV is needed !! 🤣🤣🤣 like if i write by myself where i was going to school and that i was working somewhere and that my hobby are whatever i write there, is important and needed to verify customer 🤣🤣🤣 i never ever saw this in any other broker. Excessive charges on withdrawal
Each time I trade with them.. and I made profit.. when it comes to withdraw, the charges are overwhelming . Am based in the UK and I made a withdraw of $350 and all I got was £262.. Almost $88 was taken.. You only get good value when you deposit but when u make a withdrawal, it is something else .

Spreach manipulator and cheater
Absolute spread cheater to other brokers, I developed spread recorder for ecn/prime accounts, on most pair after 5.8 spread was multiplied 1.5x for unknow reason and before night around 18 etc spread also was increasing on some pairs, also from unknown reason, Result is spread on ecn/prime is verry similar to normal pro account and I really don't understand why spread during night or released economic events go to 200-500 pipes? on ohter broker spread increase maximal for some points 10-40 but on roboforex is minimal 200 and more. Cheaters. I have fully proof of that.
