Hello. I would like to make a brutal honest review! Guys i have order alot of stuff in my life from the internet, and had alot of problems around! But in this case with Alex the ownwr of robostofzuigers.nl was one of my best experience ! I have made my order thr Aqua 10 ultra roller complet robot, the website was saying 3-4 working days. Unfortunetly the delivery company (GLS) was more than 2 week delay with my package! BUT! Alex was soo kind and friendly and we was in contact on e mail, and phone every day he was pushing GLS to bring my package, on our last day he send me an e mail he ordered a backup Aqua10 ultra roller compleet if the GLs will not deliver my order he will send anoter apparat for me! Guys and GLS delivered my package that was after 2and a half week! We was really happy and he sent me a free 2x1liter DREAME liquid soap for the robot what will be enough for 1 whole year! Thank you Alex! I rate you 5 star not because the delivery time, its because your kind hearth and great peraonality your energy to help people and not letting them down! Thank you Alex.

I was skeptical at first to purchase…
I was skeptical at first to purchase from this website because I never heard of it. I was so surprised and I had my expectations exceeded. From the variety of the products, thje different options of payment, the fast fast fast delivery and the great and kind costrumer service! I told my husband we will only purchase the accessories/new produtcs for this type of product from this website!

Amazing Customer support. My Robot is still not fixed, but I am amazed with the customer support.
As a non-dutch speaking person, customer support is always something I value.
