I’m not sure why I need to pay an extra fee for prompt delivery of something I paid a fair market price for! That seems like just a money grab a hustle. But I still like that I receive my product.

A lot of fun. Make sure to sand and wax where noted. You could, at times, need small fingers but be determined and things will go well. I haven't tried it yet, although all parts work well. On this model, two people can play. Good project for Dad and son.

The latest purchase Manta Ray was straight forward to build following the instructions. Every day i set it running as the bio mechanical Manta Ray is fascinating to watch

Every time I order, I include the insurance because I know that my orders are in good hands if something happens and they get damaged. It is worry free.

Could not return, in spite of never opening the inner seal.

The war free purchase seems to be worth it. It’s not that expensive and I never had to really use it other than it gives me a little extra security that it is broke by the time I receive it. Something will be done to repair it or have a new one sent so far so good.
