Quick response
One of the stickers got damaged. I emailed asking for a replacement and quickly got a response. They were able to send me a new one free of charge I just needed to pay for shipping. Great product my grandkids love building them.

Having built several of Robotimes models/puzzles, I can say their parts are easy to assemble if you follow their instructions precisely. There are some hidden tricks in some if the builds. They got me on one. That's part if the fun of fabricating their models.

FEDEX lost my shipment
FEDEX lost my shipment. Notified Robotime Customer Service. They resent my order immediately. The shipment must have been ‘beamed up’ to me because I received the replacement in only two days.

The parts replacement process takes too…
The parts replacement process takes too long. Also, I was given the option of purchasing a replacement model due to an accident I had with the original model. The deal was I would present the paid invoice and receive a 50% discount for the replacement model. Because I purchased the replacement model from Amazon, I was denied the 50% discount.
