Written by the company

We love automatic lawnmowers that work without worry. We know them inside and out. And we hate waste. That's why we buy broken lawnmowers and sell their parts to help other people's lawnmowers last longer. Our offer covers the main automatic lawnmower brands. We test each and every used spare part to ensure it functions well as a replacement. Our colleagues can support you on what to replace and how to replace - feel free to contact us.

Avoid: Warranty ignored & broken email system (Order #11-11595-12285)

I purchased a top engine mount for my Ford Focus Mk3 ST from Robustparts on eBay. The listing explicitly stated a 2-year warranty, which is valid until May 2026.
The part has failed prematurely, with a significant crack appearing in the rubber bushing. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times via eBay with no response. Furthermore, their official warranty email is misconfigured and rejects incoming emails with a "554 5.7.1 relaying blocked" error.
This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the terms of the sale. Robustparts are currently ignoring their legal obligations and making it technically impossible to file a claim.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. I am now escalating this matter to eBay Customer Support and Trading Standards.
