terrible customer service. ordered a shirt mid-december for a christmas gift. no communication from the company and after multiple emails (they do not have a phone number) they responded that the item was “custom” and they show it as delivered. never received it.

I cannot attest to the quality of their product as I never received it. I ordered the item in mid-December with assurance it would be delivered for Christmas. Alas, it was never received and when I emailed the company to express my disappointment, I received an email staying that my order was cancelled. No "Sorry" or "Our Apologies," just "order cancelled, which obviously indicated it had not even been shipped yet. If you don't care if or when you receive your ordered item, then by all means order at your own risk!

Just to clarify, since there is not an option to respond to Rock.Com’s posting, the only communication received from them was an order acknowledgement and an order cancelled after I expressed my disappointment. As you can see, still no apology. Amazing.

one of the t-shirts is completely useless. It seems that it has been used for years. The seams are broken and have many marks of wear. I bought this product to make a gift .. there is no way I can give something of such poor quality.

Bought a Led Zeppelin Icarus jacket and the lining in BOTH pockets came ripped, buttons rip out fairly easily plus i noticed if you put alittle bit of pressure with your hands in the pockets the stitching on the shoulders will tear, they have agreed to send a new one so lets see how this one turns out i guess. Overall not the worst place to order from but the jacket is defiantly low qaulity an should be reduced in price big time.
