worst of the worst ad account agency. I wait like 2-3 months for ad account, they reply they will check soon and let me know. And of course, they do not do ANYTHING. They are pathetic company with no respect to clients. Get away from them ASAP.

We were working with their ad account…

We were working with their ad account then out of the blue we lost access to it , we can't top it up and they hold our domain name hostage now because if we create another account it will get suspended as circumventing policies on Google Ads , customer support ghosts you after you inform them of this problem avoid at all costs

BIG SCAM NEVER Deals with them

I have applied for an account and get to wait more than a month to get my account approved, after that i have loaded my account with balance and start advertising, 2 days later my google ads banned and i requested refund to run another account but they keep just not responding to my emails and messages, they are scamming ppl, don't deal EVER with this company! i lost money and didn’t get the service they are promoting!

never experienced a more horrible company than this, can't even process my payment, takes weeks to a month. Getting ad account is almost impossible. These morons can't even send invoice for 4 months!! They keep forwarding to some departments which not exist, and they never reply again. Their support is less than 0. If you respect yourself and your business, avoid these morons.

I will join reviews below. It's a scam. Accounts pending extremely slow, for weeks. Tech support doesnt work at all, just template answers. No withdraw if accounts ban, they just ignore you. Don't use Rockads, the don't know what "service" means. Just grab money and dissapear

Scammers Rock ADS!!

I waited 30 days and am waiting for them to return my money, my advertising account was banned, and technical support withdrew the money to my credit account, and I told them to withdraw the money to my card, 30 days ago, They said that they did it, and you need to wait, and I wait and wait, I write to them in technical support, they simply ignore me, I do not advise working with this service
