Fantastic team of knowledgeable staff, haven’t been in the biking game for 20 years so was slightly apprehensive on how technology has moved on and I may feel slightly embarrassed about maybe asking obvious questions.

I mainly dealt with Chris , A great Guy , knows his stuff , you don’t feel rushed or pressured into committing to buy anything and when you ask for parts he always offered products to my budget.

All questions were answered in a language I understood!!!

I can’t recommend these guys here enough, great bargains at the moment as well

Lots of information on which bike to choose very helpful

Recently I wanted to buy an electric mountain bike. I had eventually narrowed it down to a couple of makes with the help of Chris at Rock and Road. He advised me to have a look at other makes in other shops as well. I did plenty of testing but eventually came back to the one that Chris had recommended to me in the first place. All the staff at Rock and Road, Yeovil were so helpful and knowledgable of their products. Although the handover of the bike involves quite a lot techy stuff Chris tried to explain it all in a way that a non techy person could understand. Really superb service all round.

I recently won a Giant Reign E+3 and Rock and Road were the suppliers, the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding.
They kept me updated every step of the way and even compensated me when there was a problem with delivery by way of thanks.
I would highly recommend them for all your cycling needs.

My latest visit was surrounding a warranty claim through Specialized and despite it being over the festive period it was handled superbly well. Had my replacement frame and shock as well as having the bike built in extremely quick time given the Christmas break.

I visited the Yeovil store with a damaged bike at the request of the manufacturer and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I was interested in finding a replacement bike and they took the time and trouble to suggest bikes that closely matched my requirements. Once I had chosen a bike they helped me to adjust it to fit me well and the handover was very thorough. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and approachable. The store is an impressive size with a great selection of bikes for all applications and is definitely worth a visit!

What a find this bike shop was! Was looking for a new bike and had an uninspiring experience from a large and well known Uk wide bike shop. The staff at Rock and Road were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They had an excellent range of bikes and I am very pleased with my purchase - a better bike for a much better price than I had found elsewhere. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for anything bike related from now on. Highly recommend.

Given a very short timeframe due to an upcoming event, two bikes were mended and serviced in a very short time. Given a few supply issues for parts, a couple of very good suggestions made the process much easier but no less effective. Particular thanks to Myra and Brian for their help and hard work.

Rock and Road were knowledgable, credible, clear in communication and did absolutely everything they said they would do, when they said they would. From Information and advise, update on order and delivery dates, right through to building the bike and taking me through every detail was just bang on. The bike took months to arrive due to post covid supply challenges, but I was kept informed every step of the way. They had a good range of accessories, clothes, tools, etc. I dealt with one person (Chris) right the way through, I really liked that aspect. This is a genuine review of an excellent piece of retailing service. Strongly, strongly recommend.

Wonderful service today after I suffered a mechanical on a ride. Rock and Road couldn't have been more helpful and had the bike fixed in next to no time and I was back on my way. Great staff and the best bike shop around. PS Thanks for the coffee!
