Do NOT order from this company. The owner has turned off commenting on his Facebook account so people who have been cheated out of money can no longer ask about their orders. We’ve been waiting for 3 years to receive sneakers or a refund.
This dude is a scam artist. I ordered shoes two years ago and spent a year writing customer service about my order and never received a response. Instead all I see all over social media are videos about new shoe drops and celebrities wearing this con artists products. He literally robbed the poor to give to the rich. DO NOT ORDER ANY OF HIS PRODUCTS YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE IT!

doesn't deserve any stars. They have not filled an order that has been over a year! No contact on order no shipping updates and then change the refund policy. Still 13 months later no shoes no refund no contact. worst service will never recommend or purchase again.
I now own several (okay, many) pairs of shoes from Rockdeep. I love Rockdeep's shoes because they are different - in appearance and feel - from anything else out there. They are so comfortable, and my various shoes are suitable for all sorts of activities . . . running, walking, hiking, driving, visiting friends, or just lounging around. The designs are great, too. I always get complimented on my shoes now. And when I've needed to contact the company with a question, they've always responded within three days and have been helpful and polite. I really feel like the customer comes first with Rockdeep, and I will continue to recommend them and to wear their shoes.
