Tony was very efficient and professional in everything from quote to install. Kept me informed of delivery date which was challenging during COVID lockdown. Very neat installation. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Tony was efficient & professional installing the door - 5 minutes to measure up then only 3 or 4 hours to fit the thing & in a 200 year old building that's no mean feat...
Seriously impressed with the quality of the door & the work done. Yes, Rockdoor aren't the cheapest on the market, but the superiority is obvious.

I can’t speak highly enough of both the company and the excellent fitter, Tony. The new front door looks fabulous - people stop and admire it! It wasn’t a standard fit, as three sections of glass had to be fitted to the door surround, but the result is amazing! Many thanks to Tony for his superb work!

Very impressed with or new door, we had the Vermont fitted with grey square glass. The door looks the part in grey feels solid when closed. Would definitely recommend rockdoor. Were even planning to our french doors done.

Tony fitted a Rockdoor for us 3 years ago, perfect match for our existing windows and we were extremely happy with it, far superior to our previous door. Unfortunately a small crack appeared in the door a few weeks ago, this due to a manufacturing problem, not a fitting problem.
We called Tony who arranged a replacement door which was supplied and fitted within 3 weeks. No dramas, no cost. First class service from Tony and the manufacturers.

Tony fitted our new rock door in july. We love it. He was very prompt and professional and did an excellent job plus all the finishing touches like plastering and tidying . There is so much choice in designs and colour and we managed to get the exact colour match to our windows .we have had lots of compliments from friends and neighbours .We would highly recommend Tony .

A league of their own!

We have been researching doors for some months and these are the best of the best!! Security was always a number one factor when choosing the right door. We finally chose a Rock door which was fitted on 15 October and are so pleased with the quality, fitting and the professionalism received from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.

From Start to finish, we have been very happy with the level of service, professionalism and friendly service we have received.

We originally talked to another company about getting doors and they were a waste of time - I'm so glad that we got in touch with Rockdoor Northwest.

Tony is clearly a skilled pro and he very quickly established what we needed, came for a site survey and made sure everything was to spec.

The actual fitting of the door was straight forward and we are very very happy with our a) Rockdoor and b) the level of service that we received from Rockdoor Northwest. All the mess of the job was squared away at the end.
