Regarding the current migration, our team is working diligently to complete the process as quickly as possible. Many users have already started receiving their credentials. If you have not received yours yet, please rest assured it is only a matter of time, and you should receive your details very soon.

Due to the discontinuation of the Apollo 11 and Standard Challenges, we've implemented measures to ensure transparency and honor our commitments. Traders will be eligible to submit a payment request with an additional 10% bonus if they make their request on or after February 24th. Furthermore, those who meet the established criteria may request a refund if applicable. Once these payments are processed, the associated accounts will be deactivated, allowing users to recover their investment and acquire the new type of challenge that will be launched soon.

Concerning the profit cap, implementing this is a crucial aspect of our risk management strategy and helps in managing our capital exposure effectively. By capping profits at 5%, we limit the maximum amount that can be withdrawn in a single transaction, preventing the rewarding of "gamblers" rather than long-term efficient traders. It also protects the fund from potential large losses by maintaining a balanced approach to profit distribution.

With frequent withdrawal intervals every 14 days, traders have regular opportunities to withdraw their profits, encouraging disciplined trading and steady profit accumulation, benefiting both the traders and the fund.

The discontinuation of old challenges after a withdrawal is due to the retirement of the Apollo 11 (1 step) and standard challenges (2 step). Since these challenges are no longer available, their accounts cannot be transferred to the new type of account that will be introduced. We’re excited to launch the Rocket21 Elite 3-Step MT5 Challenge, which offers a competitive trading experience with $1,000,000 in simulated funds for you to showcase your skills.

As part of our commitment, you can request a payment with an additional 10% bonus on all migrated funded accounts and receive a refund for the challenge if eligible. Copy trading is strictly prohibited on our platform to ensure fairness and transparency. This includes replicating trades from external accounts or using account management services. Our risk team carefully reviews accounts for potential violations, such as trades with similar entry/exit times, instruments, and lot sizes. Any confirmed violations may result in the loss of challenges or funded accounts.

If you were replicating trades to an Apollo 11 account, all trades needed to be initiated by the account owner. Using external services for copying trades was also considered a serious breach of our rules.

We recognize that during active sessions like London or New York, many traders may trade similar pairs. However, all trades must be executed independently to comply with our guidelines.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We want to clarify that we are undergoing an important and exciting transition for our traders. Starting on January 28, 2025, all active traders will be migrated to the new MT5 platform as part of the evolution of the Rocket21 Challenge. During this process, we have temporarily suspended all trading accounts, and open positions will be automatically closed.

It is important to note that this migration does not involve account revocation, but rather a temporary suspension while we complete the transition. All eligible traders will be able to request a withdrawal before the migration date if they wish, and the rest will be migrated to MT5 after that date. Additionally, as a token of appreciation for your support, all approved payments will receive a 10% bonus starting on February 24, 2025.

For internal management reasons, we cannot keep traders' accounts active on previous platforms until they finish trading, as it would be chaotic to reorganize the previous trade history with the new MT5 platform's history.

This change is necessary to ensure that all records and operations are correctly organized on the new platform, as mixing the history of previous platforms with MT5 would be logistically complicated. We appreciate our traders' understanding and patience during this process.

Our goal is always to improve the user experience and provide the best possible platform for trading.
