Contacted Rocket on a weekend with the explanation for what I was looking for. By Monday morning, my agent had options outlined and had been communicating over the weekend what I would need if I decided to move forward. The online format made it easy to fulfill needed documents and listed each step and phase to track the progress. Seamless from beginning to end and closed on less than a month.

Getting set up and e-sign the paperwork early wasn't as smooth, yet the overall experience was great.

Rocket close sent me my closing information 1 DAY BEFORE CLOSING. I did not have the proper information in time to prepare properly and also paid a fee for an overnight wire transfer. I asked for a reimbursement given their delay but they said no reimbursement was appropriate.

the closing experience was just awful. i didn’t end up going through with the closing because it was just overwhelming and there was no one to answer any questions i had.

My experience with rocket since 2008 has been fantastic. I have recommended rocket on several occasions due to my great experience in the past. This experience was by far the worst experience. Customer service, communication, all lacking and very poor. I would hesitate to recommend rocket if this is your new Norm

the people who helped with the process were excellent. always knowledgeable and great with answering questions. the computer final not so great. don't remember if in advance we were told to have chrome or edge browser on the computer. husband uses firefox . had big trouble in trying to load chrome. things didn't work out . had to have a person come and finish signing and that was perfect

Tell me how you didn’t anticipate my homeowners insurance going through so a few days after closing rocket mortgage calls asking for 2 thousand dollars, if I don’t pay it off in 24 hours it starts accruing interest. I hate rocket mortgage.
