VERY PROFESSIONAL

I fly Copa. Connectmiles uses Rocketmiles. I had read their reviews, however decided to give them a go because of Copa's constant Steller Performance. I had made 2 reservations at the same Hotel in Panama, but in different months. When I checked a week later, the Hotel had the first one, but no sign of the second one. I tried calling their numbers, but there was a slight language disconnect. So I wrote an email explaining the situation. They got back to me in 2 hours. They had checked with the hotel, said they were on it, and would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I gave them 4 days and sent them another email. Just assuring myself they were still on it. They assured me they were. After another few days, I called the Hotel, and sure as shootin, there was my reservation! My emails were always polite and friendly. Theirs were ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, IMMEDIATE & DILIGENT.

Avoid RocketMiles.

Avoid RocketMiles.
I booked a hotel stay through them specifically because they advertised 10,000 Alaska Airlines miles. My accounts are properly linked, and I’ve used RocketMiles before without issue. This time, however, it’s been over three weeks since my stay at the Park Taipei Hotel, and the points still haven’t been credited.
Customer service has been a complete runaround. First, I was told to wait two weeks. Then I was asked to provide my Alaska Airlines details—which they already had. After that, they requested documentation of prior bookings that should already be in their own system. Each step has been unnecessary and feels like a stalling tactic rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue.
The final response was the most absurd: they claimed the booking may have been credited to a Virgin Atlantic account. I don’t have a Virgin Atlantic account, have never flown with them, and there is no logical reason my booking would be tied to that program.
At this point, it’s clear RocketMiles either cannot properly track rewards or simply doesn’t honor what it advertises. While they respond quickly, the responses are unhelpful and ultimately lead nowhere.
This service is not worth the hassle. You’re far better off booking directly with hotels and earning points through reliable channels. I would strongly recommend avoiding RocketMiles altogether.

Awful service. We tried to book a hotel through them using air miles. They took the airmiles but did not provide the booking. Scam. Avoid.

Stay away from this company

My confirmed hotel reservation was never transmitted to the property, leaving me without a room on arrival. I had no way to contact Rocket Travel. I was forced to book last‑minute accommodation at a much higher cost. Their refund proposal does not cover the actual financial impact. Very unreliable service — I do not recommend.

Redefining incompetence

Booking.com seem to use these morons (without your consent) as an intermiedery for some bookings. Rocketmiles did not send a confirmation email, meaning I was unable to modify the booking anywhere as I never received a confrimation email. After spending 50 mins on hold, the call centre staff were worse than useless. Avoid at all costs.

Refusal to Price Match their own site - but they rebooked!

We booked in Vancouver, many months ahead. The price later dropped by almost $100 for the stay. When I called to request a match - it was refused. However, when we got to the hotel, we saw the booking was amended to the hotel (with the new lower mileage) and rebooked at their own lower rate. Basically, Rocket put it in their Pocket!

Shady business!

Terrible company! Don’t book through them

I booked a hotel through Rocket Travel Hotels in October 2025 and when I turned up, no booking had been made. Instead, Rocket Travel had incorrectly booked a different accommodation that was poor quality and bore no resemblance to the accommodation I had booked.

Trying to get help from their customer service was also incredibly frustrating. When I arrived at the hotel and found no booking, it took over 24 hours for Rocket Travel to respond. They have no live chat support and no easily accessible UK contact number. When I eventually received a number via email, the automated phone system instructed me to “enter your booking ID followed by the pound symbol” — but there is no pound symbol on a phone keypad, only a hash (#) or star (*). It felt deliberately designed to make speaking to someone impossible.

Their email responses were confusing and uncoordinated. I received duplicate emails that asked for information I had already provided and emails that contradicted each other.

Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish — poor service, lack of accountability, and virtually no customer support when things go wrong.

Rocketmiles are liars and cheats/

Rocketmiles is the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with. I booked several reservation with Rocketmiles through Booking.com and was to get numerous miles credited to my American and Aegean airlines accounts. The miles was never credited so I e-mailed them numerous times and finally Rocketmiles responded back to me in Emails dated Sept. 1, 2025 and Sept. 6, 2025 promising that the miles would be credited to my accounts in 6 to 7 weeks. Now Rocketmiles is refusing to honor their promise by refusing to credit the miles. They have been making lame excuses to try to justify their breach of promise and refusing to do anything. My advice is to stay far away from Rocketmile as they can not be trusted as they are liars and cheats.

Reservation Canceled Without Notice — Left Stranded Days Before Travel

In Oct 2025, I experienced a major failure with a hotel booking through AAdvantage Hotels (powered by Rocket Travel by Agoda) that cost me thousands of dollars and left me stranded with no help.

I booked Alexandra Resort in August for a trip starting Oct 22. I received a confirmation, and my account showed the booking as active up until three days before travel. As someone who travels frequently, I’m used to receiving pre-trip reminders or check-in emails. This time, there was silence. Trusting my gut, I called the hotel, and that’s when I learned my reservation had been canceled without any notification from Rocket Travel, AAdvantage Hotels, or my credit card company.

By then, flights to Turks & Caicos were booked, excursions were prepaid, and my husband was already flying in from California to meet me. Had I not called, we would have arrived with no hotel and no warning.

The customer service experience with Rocket Travel was awful. I spent over an hour on the phone. I was told the card was declined (it wasn’t), and offered no real solution or support. The hotel said they sent multiple notices to Rocket, but Rocket never contacted me.

Because this happened just three days before travel, room rates had tripled. Alexandra had no similar rooms left, and I was forced to rebook at a different hotel for nearly double the cost.

This was not a small glitch. It was a complete breakdown in communication and customer service that caused a major disruption to an international trip and cost me thousands of dollars. No traveler should have to experience something like this.

My booking was not honoured despite full payment being made three months in advance. The only compensation offered was a last-minute alternative located two hours away. Based on my experience and further research, I have no doubt that this operation is entirely fraudulent.

Booked a hotel via rocket travel after booking.com redirected me to it on what was labelled as "booking.com in partnership with rocket travel." I made the reservation and the payment went through, but I never got an email confirmation. Luckily I saved the receipt which had a confirmation code on it, but little information otherwise. I never received a reply to any of my emails to the email address provided on the receipt, and I cannot call the phone number due to it being American and myself being based in the UK. I contacted booking.com which had absolutely no record of this hotel reservation. I was then forwarded to Agoda who told me to contact Rocket Travel as the reservation was apparently made through them. Funnily enough, no one ever replied to me! and all that I got was £160 gone as I was passed on from agent to agent! Will be appealing this with my bank as I can tell by the other reviews that this is a complete SCAM and they are NOT a company to be dealt with! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NO SERVICE.

Poor service and misleading handling of reservations

I had two October bookings at Ibis London Wembley Hotel via Rocketmiles:
• Reservation 1 - 885760306 (20.10 – 22.10): Canceled and refunded without my approval, even though I had agreed to be moved to Styles Ealing only if both bookings were transferred there. Instead, I received an email claiming I had requested the cancellation, which was not true.
• Reservation 2 - 871526282 (22.10 – 24.10): Moved to Styles Ealing London, which I accepted under the condition above—yet Rocketmiles failed to apply the same solution to the earlier booking.

A property under renovation should not have been offered for booking at all. Accepting reservations and later canceling them due to internal issues is unprofessional and misleading.

Issuing a refund is not a full resolution. A responsible travel service should have secured an equivalent or better alternative at no extra cost and honored the customer’s clear request.

I have been a long time customer of Rocketmiles and this experience raises serious concerns about reliability and accountability, and makes me now very hesitant about using Rocketmiles again.

I don’t want even to post one star. They don’t deserve it.
I book a hotel throught them and they sent a confirmation email, the manager booking tape in the email doesn’t work and the phone at the end of the email is not in service. I was trying to cancel the booking and their customer service Alaa was his name can’t understand English, he was pretending that he can not hear me and then put me, at the end he sent an email saying that he is tracing to call me but the number he mentioned was the wrong one they always putting you on a long hold so the call could cut off. Each time the call talks to hours and hours of holding and nothing happens, I pass the free cancelation period and I am toast from Agoda to Rocketmiles and no one can cancel the reservation because it has to be handled by an expert team… 5 days and no one can cancel the reservation. I am so mad Alaa is customer service is the worst ever

The winner of the worst company

I thought I'd seen the worst of customer service until I had the displeasure of working with Rocketmiles.com. You have better odds of winning the lottery than ever receiving your award miles. They will ask you for the same information over and over again that you've already sent them. You ask yourself, Can you read? Is this a scam? Do you actually have any formal training in customer service? I gave them three tries because I really wanted this to work. It sounded like a great way to earn miles but in the end it wasn't worth the endless hassle and poor customer service.

Airlines beware!

They are terrible. I reserved an ultra luxury hotel on April 29. They promised 8,200 ConnectMiles as a bonus reward and promised they would be posted within 8 weeks of my stay. When we arrived at the hotel on May 8, we were charged hidden fees beyond what was quoted and disclosed by RocketMiles. Very shady. After 11 weeks they had not posted the miles promised. The matter was escalated to Copa Airlines and RocketMiles. RocketMiles sent me a cookie cutter AI apology asking me to wait 1-2 more weeks. I gave them an ultimatum and they sent the same exact cookie cutter apology. The next morning the miles were posted. After reading the reviews I found out they are experts in apologies. That is no coincidence. They constantly mess up. Beware of this company.

Rocketmiles neglecting rewards

I reserved 6 hotel rooms through RM on May, which I already used. Two months later and only 1 gift card code received (out of 6) from them. To get that, I had to call 2 times and send many emails. Now, they erased my account and are stating that the reservations were made from another email and that it’s impossible to give the rest of the codes. What a scam! I’ve been using the service for years and it seems that this time the reward amount was just too much and suddenly my account was erased. Watch out!!

Went to book car hire came up with…

Went to book car hire came up with error car not available, so I rebooked with another hire company through rocket miles successfully. Get to pick up and was told there is two bookings under my name. Hire company said would have to be refunded by rocket miles to which we have been going back and forward with them not admitting liability. Dreadful service would highly recommend avoiding

1 star is being generous. No matter what you reply to all these negative reviews there is an obvious issue that needs to be addressed with rocket miles. Will not be using anything associated with this company again
